Do you want to strengthen and tone your muscles while getting your heart rate up? Would you like to have fun while getting an incredible workout? Benicia Health & Fitness club offers a wide variety of classes for all different levels of fitness with experienced and educated instructors that will keep you motivated.
Our spa offers you friendly and professional staff, tanning equipment and Hydromassage services. Choose from many options including conventional or accelerated, booth or bed, standard tanning, as well as a variety of accelerators and lotions. New Clients have the opportunity to try either Accelerated or Conventional tanning at a discounted price.
All guest passes include full use of the facility including classes, cardio, weights, saunas and locker room access. Week and Month Passes are for consecutive days. Liability Waivers required for all guests. Anyone 17 years old and younger must have legal parent/guardian's written signature on waiver.
Yes, there is a Membership Agreement. This agreement outlines our Administrative and House Policies which includes our Cancellation policy that states members are required to give a written 30-day advanced notice to terminate. Members are responsible for payment for the last 30 days of their membership and during this time they are entitled to use of the facilities.
Our Child Care is a safe and supervised environment where your young ones, newborn to 13 years old, can play while you exercise. The Child Care room has a private restroom and attentive engaging staff with clean & sanitized toys for all ages.
For children ages 7-13, we offer our Kids Circuit Club, a designated room with specialized fitness equipment where kids learn weight machines, cardio exercises, and the importance of incorporating physical activity into their daily lives.Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes which allows the parent to be on site exercising while a staff member is coaching their child.

The free weights are excellent and well spaced. The staff is always super awesome and nice. The elipticals are good but half are somewhat new and the other half are not. You can tell in the gait and stride. Desires are for those to be updated. The classes are always fantastic and the yoga in the morning - Restorative? - is extremely popular and for good reason. It's very well lead. And they have a dry sauna and a steam room! Fantastic to have in our little town. Some of the down sides are that the facility locker rooms on the sauna and shower side have benches... two. So, 5pm or 7:30am on a weekday

I think the friendliness of the staff is the best part of going to Benicia Health and Fitness. They are there anytime you need them to ask a question about the equipment, the class schedule, and other things. It is a great place to work out. The community feeling is also a really nice part of the experience too.

My daughter really enjoyed the staff at the child care center. She was able to go play and be taken care of while I was in a class or working out. The rates are excellent and include so many perks you wouldn't be able to think of, like child care and towels. The club has been well managed for the past 4 years I have been a member.

I have traveled a lot across the US and this gym ranks among my favorites. I feel very fortunate that this gym is only a few minutes from my home. All the equipment is of high quality and maintained well by the staff. It's always nice to see the employees wiping down the equipment throughout the day to keep everything clean and sanitized.
