We have been plumbing for nearly two decades! We've handled just about everything you can think of in residential AND commercial situations. Our Long Beach technicians are fully trained with the latest knowledge in the plumbing industry. GM Plumbing Corp. staff is excellent! They communicated clearly and very quickly. Technician Eliot did a great job of installing a new toilet for me. He even replaced the Toilet Flange, which was the main source of trouble. He was very efficient, friendly, professional and impeccably clean!

Having another plumbing company disappear on us after 20 years was a shock. Then, of course, we had two issues go on with our newly installed water heater shortly after!
GM Plumbing Corporation came to the rescue!!Not only were they rapid in the repairs, they even had parts with them or nearby!
Elliot was on time, polite, and very well educated in pointing out another poor installed issue by the past plumber.

I have had a leak underground for over a month that G.M. plumbing charged over 6k to locate. They have come out to the property and left multiple holes and have made zero repairs. Today I received a quote for an additional $4,500 to keep looking. If you want to be out over 10k for a plumber that "might" be able to help you find a leak then these are your guys. What an incredible waste of time and money.

The technician did a good job; wish he would of put on shoe covers. The pricing could be better as the final cost felt overpriced. For example they quoted us double the price for a faucet that was half the price at Home Depot; so we ended up just driving to Home Depot and buying the faucet ourselves. Would I use them again, probably not because of pricing, but overall not the worst and not the best.

Had these folks over for an emergency sewer main cleanout at the house on a Saturday. They were here within an hour, which was great! Also were not as aggressive on weekend pricing as others have been. Clean, respectful, and professional, so I was happy about that.
They took the time to get a great cleanout with the snake, and everything runs great. They also do offer camera and hydro for a better overall cleaning if we want.
I will absolutely give them a shout when I need something! Thanks for the service.

I had a problem with water pressure and I contacted GM Plumbing. I spoke with Phil who guided me through the process of checking the pressure regulator. Elliot responded and replaced the regulator quickly and everything is working great... would recommend them highly and they are the only plumbing service we use..

Feels like they took advantage, that it was an emergency that we had a burst pipe. The price was way too high. I would have loved to give them more stars and a better rating. But charging almost $900 for less than an hour's worth of work replacing a small piece of copper pipe, and it wasn't even outside of normal business hours.
They did send someone out quick, he did good work and was friendly and professional, but the price makes me never wanting to use them again and want to caution others to look elsewhere.

The team of two plumbers did a professional job with our obstructed drain lines and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I would have rated them as 5 stars except that the price was much higher than I anticipated and probably higher than most. If you are concerned with price you may want to look elsewhere.

I had a small pinhole leak in my hot water supply to the Washing Machine (Located in the Garage). GM quoted this at $3400, and the job would take all day to complete. To be nice about things, I guess referall's don't always work out. Fortunately during this tough time that were all up against, I found another local company to complete the work for $380.00 This included 3 hrs labor plus 2 feet of copper pipe. In closure, I'm sure GM does great work, but your gonna pay for it.

I am really disappointed in my experience with Philip and GM Plumbing. We were in the middle of selling our house and moving and needed a quick repair for our water heater gas supply line. After calling a few places, GM was the only one able to do the work in the time needed (and I guess I know why they had availability!). Philip explained what they would do, made it sound like pretty extensive work ("2 people, most of a day" is what he told me), and quoted almost $1,000!
