The job was only half done. The holes in the ceiling were patched and putty was put over it. But the guy was supposed to come back today and do a second coat and he was supposed to spray my ceiling to take care of the water spots and he was supposed to take a picture of my kitchen cabinet so that it could be replaced but he did not come back today.

The customer service is non-existent. I have tried calling/emailing several times on behalf of my mother and there as been no answer. We were informed of this place from a family member, but I am not sure what kind of business has no one that will answer their phone. I mean, is this how they treat their residents as well?

No one ever come, my carpet is soaked because the AC unit is leaking water from the ac unit now into my room, and now its smells molded. I've been home waiting on someone to come, because I have other concerns, but no one has shown up. Its been going on a week and a half since i was told that they would put this as an emergency work order.

My hot water went out on Thursday evening 7/29/21. I called the office several times and didn’t get an answer on Friday, so I left a message. I called again on Sat still no answer and again I left a message. I called the office again on Mon. 8/2/21 and no answer and I left a message. I also put a maintenance request online on Monday. Now it’s Tues 8/3/21 5:44pm and I still don’t have hot water. And I did call the office today also. I’m really frustrated and mad. I’ve had to either take cold showers or go to family to take one along with my children. I’ve had heat water on the stove

9/2/2020 We have renewed our lease(in July) to spend another year here. Our opinion of Windsong is the same Linda, Ashley, Dedra(?) are very sweet & efficient, never have a problem. If we have maint issues and its not considered emergency, it does take a little bit. Understandable with the amount of homes & having to deal with a virus pandemic on top of that. I would and I DO recommend Windsong to any familiy members who are struggling financially and want a place that is decent in upkeep outside and inside.
