Cooperated fully with me concerning a leasing issue. Tom M. Leasing Manager was both friendly, patient and professional. They regularly test community pool for safety. Clubhouse, movie house, laundry facilities, fitness center, indoor basketball court - all very impressive. Spoke to a tenant who shared about feeling safe, comfortable and happy. Campus is new and classy.

I think the reason why some of us says this is a great place to live; then, some of us says it's horrible is because both are true. Management leaves here almost as soon as they get here. I wonder why? Yes, some of the recent ones do give an impression of not caring what they say to you too. Breezeways stay "real" nasty with dirt and stains from tenants placing their garbage by their door for days as well as the compactor stays broke with dozens of garbage bags on the ground near it almost every weekend for sure. The office gives out contract reminders stating not to leave trash by apartment doors

Any comment you see here stating that management staff is any sort of respectful, dependable, happy, etc, is a damn lie. These people are rude, one female property manager especially, is blatantly rude, and does not have a shred of humility in any single cell in her body. The rent goes up every year, the garbage is piled in the middle of the complex (strong odor) because the compactor is always jammed, and did I mention how rude the office staff is? They are there to collect your money, and that is all.

My husband and I own two condos which we rent out. In the past, we were able to contact the complexes of prospective tenants to obtain rental history with no problem whatsoever. However, contacting 151 Place management was a completely different scenario as they were disorganized, gave different versions of stories when we called, and were rude and unhelpful. They stayed we had to have a notarized form from their current tenants before they'd give us any imformation. Ok, fine, our attorney sent us a form which our prospective tenants signed and sent in with their rent check. However, when I called

151 was a heaven sent. Every experience I have had with this complex has been amazing. The apartments are spacious, the closets and deep tubs are a womens dream. The kitchens and living rooms are great for entertaining friends and family. My kids love the pool and rec areas.
The office staff is always super prompt and helpful. Every concern I've had has been reassured and dealt with amazing customer service. I have never felt like my issues were ignored. The maintenance staff are amazing and timely.
Absolutely love this community and the staff. Definitely have made my time with 151 amazing.

I will never ever refer this apartment to anyone . I moved out and they never gave my deposit back , I tried calling them several times , I even went there in person to talk with them , but no luck. Its been 6 months now and i never heard anything from them . Late fees will be charged if you're late with payment but when it comes to deposit/refund , its just "thank you". I vacuum and cleaned my apartment when I moved out , but still they charged me $60 for cleaning the apartment/vacuum ... they want it super clean as if you cleaned it like its new .

Avoid like the plague. They entered my apartment outside of scheduled times (scheduled? yes, I would take the day off of work because my items went missing and the manager said "it couldn't have been that person so I don't know how it went missing, you must have lost it" excuse me?) I filed a police report on this place.
I liked the apartments themselves, except that every time someone went up the stairs I heard it in my living room. The radon gas ventilation pipes were installed in the closets about a month after we moved there. Frequent band-aid sightings in the pool.

Prior to moving in, we were told this is a nice quiet community. You can't hear the neighbors walk above you, beside you or below you. Electric and water are cheaper here than in Gainesville. None of its true. We hear everything that goes in around us. When the children who live upstairs, next door and downstairs run in their apartment, we not only hear it but we feel it. It's to the point our silverware rattle in the drawers it's so bad. Our electric and water bill is the same, or quite a bit more, every month than it was in Gainesville. The trash compactor is either broken or filled

Wish I could give a negative 5 stars! Lived here for a year...WORST year of my life. Manager is pshyco and her attitude changes with the wind. The dumpster runs over every week! They don't require tenants to pick up after their animals - DISGUSTING and ILLEGAL! If you have issues with a neighbor the manager will tell you she doesn't have time to deal with it and will advise you to confront the neighbor.

The people in office are so nasty you go in there and they don't even look up to say hello. They are so due and the office manager Marcia is a racist person who is nice only to the other black people who live here.
Cons=No stars this place can get nasty and low class. The people that work there all they do is sit in the offices. They are completely unaware of what goes on in this community. People from the entire town come here use the pool, gym, and basket ball court. It is so disrespectful. I don't go into peoples backyards and use there pool right??? A bunch of teen age boys
