I lived here for 1.5 years. Just moved out at the end of the year. It's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I've never had a problem with the office/maintenance staff or neighbors. Brenda and her team at the office are very nice and they do what they can to resolve issues fast and fair. One time we needed the sliding mirror door removed from our kids room closet and they had maintenance down there the next day to remove it.

The Grove Apartments are a great place to live in Lake City. Highly recommend!! Rent is affordable, units are large, location is central in town, it has a pool, and the staff and maintenance guys are super friendly and responsive. Brenda in particular is a very competent and caring property manager; and, Kristin is helpful and great to work with as well. I felt safe there also between the complex's gates closing on nights/weekends and seeing tons of other residents out and about there all the time. Five stars for sure.

Wouldn’t live here again if it were free. If you ever end your lease, don’t expect them to notify you of any forwarded mail or items left behind. Ex-roommate’s family wrongfully took $300 worth of ATT equipment, and they will not provide me the forwarding address of the people who took my property. Wouldn’t even cooperate with local law enforcement. Disappointed, but not surprised.

I've had no issues been here 2yrs yea neighbors can be loud but most are so nice they'll be considerate if you ask them to be a lil quieter maintenance is amazing no issue property always clean apartment size is nice for two people at max anything more than that would be way too crowded but good place for the good price

I just signed my lease beginning of March and so far I am happy with the experience. The on-boarding was quite easy, and they did not seem annoyed with my constant calling making sure dates and everything were finalized. Once moved in I was happy with the size of my apartment, as at first I thought it would be quite small, but it's perfect for my fiance and I. The bedrooms are kind of small, but they fit my queen, small dressser with TV, and two nightstands very easily. It does need some work with upgrading the kitchen and features at some point, and it was fairly clean when we first moved

We are some of the original tenants here. We have been through several owners and I will tell you that hands down, this is the best company and the best managers that have ever been here! We have not had any problem getting anything addressed. Maintenance is done same day unless they have to order parts. Then it might be a day or so depending. If the gates go down, it does take time to get a repair person out. I have been here long enough to say that there is no local gate company so they have to use someone out of town. They offer pest control every week. Office staff is nice and easy to work

I lived at Windsor Arms when it first opened and I loved it. A little expensive but I was willing to pay for the security, gate, lights and cameras. Give me a break... Gate hardly ever worked and the place went to hell. At the end of my three years living there, I didn't recognize the place from the first time I lived there. The last year was horrible... fleas in the apartment and all kinds of people wandering in and out using the pool and leaving it digusting. I swam once when I first moved in and then never again, after seeing some of the people drinking and partying all the time. Babies' dirty

At first I liked it then we started have problems with our A.C. Right now I have been without A.C. for 4 days and the manager was rude to me when I called because she said I was using a tone of voice. I pay 750 a month which is expensive for 2 bed room one bath that aren't even that big. This is ridiculous and to top it all off my stove is still oven and has been for about 5 or 6 days. I can't wait to move.

Do not waste your time or money looking at these apartments. The staff is horrible to work with. They take forever to fix maintenance issues. The manager Brenda is always a pain in the butt when you try to resolve issues and tries to make you feel like you're dumb and she's smarter than everyone. Complain about many things that need to be done and they never get to it. The gate rarely works it was broken for nearly 3 weeks and nothing was done about it. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing thanks to paper thin walls. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone moving to lake

I have loved living at the Grove. While I have heard that there were problems in the past, It has been an awesome experience over the last year. The office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and attentive to any issues or problems. They have made every accomodation to ensure my time here has been exceptional. I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough! They truly put everything they have into a great family neighborhood! Keep up the fantastic work!!!

As of Jan 2017 this complex is not all that. Its suppost to have a locked gate but gates hasnt worked in awhile, they have bug problems in the apartments and when asked to fix issue they act as if they dont hear you when pest control is part of the rent agreement. Other renters are unfriendly to children and will use very bad language to them.… There is also alot of drug use in the apartments to the point you can smell it very loudly. Also they will not work with you and will have you evicted for being oneday behind on rent. When they tell you aday before they will work with you. Also the

I have never had such a horrible experience renting an apartment. I lived at The Grove for one year, and what a horrible year that was. Every couple of months they would change management. Then that new management would try and charge you extra money claiming I was not following the lease. After further investigation they would realize they were wrong. A couple months later they would get bought out again, and the process would start right over with the new management company trying to charge me more and more money. This happened 4 times in the year that i lived there. I do not recommend living

We have lived here for three years and I must say these are amazing apartments!
You and your family will love it here! In the summer time you will be able to enjoy the pool and be able to swim! They take care of the landscape and sidewalks very well. It is also a gated at night so you will have to have a pass to get in! (WHICH IS A PLUS!)
If you was ever to have a problem with your apartment, they get it fixed right away!
The Management is another plus here, they are so friendly and nice and always put the residents first!

1. My apartment was not ready when time for me to move in. I had to clean it myself. They did, however, take $50 off my rent the first month.
2. Maintenance is extremely slow. It took almost 2 months for the electric in the bathroom to be fixed.
3. I had an electrical outlet in my living room that I could not use because it would throw sparks when we did use it. Repair showed months later and found nothing - even though it continued to spark when used.
4. Office staff normally lacked in good customer service

This place does bad business. I was helping elderly gentlemen find a place to live. This was the place he wanted to stay due to the affordability, location and they are pretty nice apartments. Well after paying a total of 650 dollars and received his receipt signed by the manager stating nothing was dew at time of move in, they told him he need to pay 350 more dollars. After we waited more than an hour to speak to the manager, we sat down in her office she started hollering and screaming saying we were not going to back out of a lease. Did not even let me as anything and threated me and to
