Absolutely terrible service! Very rude and don’t listen. Kept changing my order when I was repeating the same order over and over. Then told me the minimum amount for delivery, which was fine, but when I asked how much I had already spent, hung up on me. Never ordering from here. They lost a customer without even making an order. I guess they don’t want $. Too many other Chinese food spots in this city to be acting like they do.

Ordered $40 in food. $5 delivery fee, $10 tip....total was $55.73
Food was so salty it was inedible. Wanton were burned.
Called to try and resolve. Even offered to return the food so they could see I couldn't eat it! Was told that that this is how they make their food and refused to refund my money! They then hung up on me and refused to answer my call again. Very wrong. I am not a cheep skate trying to get free food.
This is absolutely inedible!

Always loved this place. Just made an order for a later time. They called me an hour before I was supposed to be there and told me my order was ready. I told them I couldn’t be there until the time I specified. Instead of making fresh food, they just stuck my order in the fridge and put it under the warmer a few minutes before I got there. Parts were still cold. Disgusting service.

Incredible rude. I ordered a small chicken and broccoli with a extra small rice and a can of mouth and dew. During this call they switched people I was talking to 3 times. They send a large chichen and broccoli with mushrooms and no mouth and dew. I called to resolve this issue and instead I got yelled at on the phone for almost 10 minutes before they hung hung up on me (they wouldn't answer when I called back) refused to bring me new food and refused to refund me. The man YELLED at me and refused to left me speekers of anyone else. I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life.
