Chad Tuttle did a great job estimating costs to replace our roof, siding, gutters and gutter guards due to the 4/2020 hail storm ANDthe 08/2020 Derecho in Iowa. The insurance company would not cooperate on full replacement until Chad got involved and kept having them come out to our property. Eventually, with his professional persistence, the insurance company paid for full replacement of everything! When his company was ready to start replacement, everything was done in a professional manner. In addition, they always left my yard cleaned up each night and they were very respectful to my plants

I’ve been using Dan Hanell Construction for all my properties including my own home since 2014 . I’m never disappointed they have always gone above and beyond for every job from small repairs to complete makeovers they absolutely do top quality work. I’m so glad I found such a reliable construction company to work with. They have awesome customer service from start to finish even during the aftermath of all the storms and COVID !
