Josh, Jason and Jon were terrific to work with. They installed 26 windows and a double slider in our home. They were here working for 7 days. When there was some rot discovered under the siding from the old windows leaking it was brought to our attention and they repaired it. They used drop cloths and cleaned up their mess ever day. They were punctual and worked so hard to complete the job. Josh arranged for a plasterer and mason to come in and complete some work from a thumbnail window we decided to leave out. Quality work and conscientious employees. They replaced multiple complex windows and doors on three floors of our house. A total of 27 Marvin windows from Seifert lumber, most of which were three panel windows, as well as two patio doors, alcove windows and front door. They redid the framing and studs where necessary.They went beyond and improved on any defects they found in the original construction. They were polite, nice, and considerate. I would highly recommend.

Josh has completed multiple jobs at our home. He and his crew installed French Doors in our dining room, replaced our home's windows and front porch columns.
All projects were completed professionally, done on time, stayed within the quoted estimate and had a high level of detail.
They completed the work like it was their own home even cleaning up afterwards.
We will hire Silver Creek for our future projects.
Several months later we still are enjoying the upgraded larger living room windows and have had compliments from our neighbors on the work.

We had Silver Creek Construction expand our 3-Season porch and deck in late 2017. In May of 2019, Silver Creek Construction installed 33 windows and 6 doors at our house in Davenport, Iowa. These were new units that we purchased from Seiffert Lumber. The work consisted of tearing out the old windows and replacing with new windows including new interior wood trim and new exterior trim around some of the windows.
Josh and his crew did an excellent job. There was much attention paid to detail which resulted in a flawless final product. They were flexible with our schedule and did a good job of cleaning up and making sure that the house and work area stayed clean during installation
