Probate is the legal process the is used to settle the estate of a person that died. The person that died is called the "decedent". If you are reading this, it is likely a person close to you has died. We are going to try and lessen the burden you are experiencing right now and explain more about the probate process and what has to be done.
The good news is that because of their foresight, the estate will likely not have to go through the court process called probate. Instead of going through the courts, the Trust is administered privately, almost always with the help of an attorney.

Let's start with some terminology on the names people use to describe Wills. The most common name for a Will is simply a "Will" but sometimes people use the longer name of "The Last Will and Testament" to identify their final wishes. There is also a more sophisticated type of Will called a "Pour Over Will" that is used in conjunction with a person's Trust.

I recently retained Jack for problem my family has had. Receiving our inheritance left for us in a Trust.
It has been about 10 years since the 2 grantor's passed away R.I.P.
TRUSTEES never sent majority of the beneficiaries a copy of the Trust.
I am one of the beneficiaries. My mother was also one. She was never given the opportunity to flourish and build her own legacy. She wasn't given the opportunity due the Trustees not given her what she well deserved. The opportunity to leave her own Trust for her own family.
They kept the Trust away from most of us. I knew before I called Jack

I talked to them Tuesday and was promised a call back by Friday, about my potential case, before he left on vacation. I didn't hear back so, I called at 2pm on Friday...imagine that, he was already gone.

Jack's Law firm percentage of my case is worth every penny of it. Jack knows his stuff pretty well. He is very meticulous in strategizing on how to deal with the other party on you can get the most out of your injury. He will discuss with you everything he is planning to do and gets your approval first by email or through his secretary, Deborah. He never keeps you out of the loop.
