They never answer their phones or return calls. I met with the lawyer once and never talked to her again. The sporadic contact was with her assistant. Was never emailed to update me on my case. Again, never answering phones or returning calls. Received a standard boiler place letter 2.5 months prior to the statute of limitations running out, stating she was no longer representing me due to my not providing medical information requested. Funny thing, when they sent me my the file with the letter, everything was in there, with the exception of any correspondence with the insurance companies.
