Presently, our focus is single-family homes and small multi-units. Besides buying run-down properties that need to be rehabilitated, we also purchase new, pretty and beautiful homes that may or may not need additional work before being resold.

Unlike realtors, we have a financial interest in each property we work with; therefore, we are much more aggressive and flexible when it comes to buying and selling real estate. We are also easier and more flexible for both buyers and sellers to work with.
Need an extra $ 50, $ 100 or more? Join the 70x6 team by becoming a member of our " BIRD DOG " PROGRAM. If you have a car, are looking to earn some extra money and have a camera so you can take pictures you may qualify to be in our program. Each " Bird Dog " is assigned a specific area to scout out properties that we may be interested in.

Using a variety of proven creative financing and conventional strategies, we will give you a fair price for your property and, in most cases, will be able to close a deal in 14 to 30 days depending on such variables as the title search, etc. 2.
