While the apartments in general is okay, there is terrible communication with landlords and false promises. They scammed me out of a good portion of my security deposit. They say you can leave with 60 days notice (which I did) but then said I broke my lease and charged me $350 for it. Even reworded my lease with Nina (property manager) initials next to it for confirmation. When I left they decided not to honor it though. It's a shame there's awful communication and false promises. It's a decent looking place. If they had properly trained employees, I'm sure I wouldn't have fallen into this mess

Moved into my apartment about a month ago and everything has been great! The move in process couldn't of been easier and there was no surprises / hidden damages with my apartment. They offer a great online system where you can pay your rent as well as request maintenance services. I would highly recommend Aishel Real Estate to all friends / family.

They handled the tenancy of my sister very poorly. She was unable to facilitate a move, therefore lived in the dwelling for many years. Finally I was able to get her moved! There were numerous problems with maintenance issues - and bugs they never exterminated for. Administrative issues were constant regarding paperwork requests and utility bill payments. I am now in pursuit of a PA Rent Certificate from them for the 5 months she lived in their dwelling in 2020 so that she can apply for her rent rebate . WISH ME LUCK!!!

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional landlord. They will nickel and dime you at every turn. Forget about getting any service requests filled, or getting your security deposit back.

Whatever you do, don't rent from Aishel. We rented from them for 5+ years. They would not respond to service requests, their Liberty Point apartments are infested with cockroaches, and they refused to pay the agreed upon deposit when we moved out.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My nephew has been a tenant with Aishel Real Estate and very pleased. They take great care of their properties, maintenance issues are resolved very quickly, annual inspections to ensure apartments are safety code requirement, and management is a caring bunch of people, es to especially when life presents an obstacle, Aishel makes an effort to assist you until you get back on your feet!!! Awesome!!

I will say just bad experience i had i wish i never even deal with you just bad fist of all learn how to deal with tenant then learn customers service just try be even fake but nice try it wont hurt you !!

Great people to work with. The leasing team was nice, professional, and very accommodating. Maintenance always responded quickly and did a great job!

I have nothing but great things to say about Aishel. I loved living in my apartment for the last two years and am truly sad to be moving. I envy whoever lucked out in getting my unit! Nina was an amazing property manager. She was very responsive and professional in all of our interactions. Jeff was very helpful too. The maintenance staff is very friendly as well. All in all I had a wonderful experience!

I have been with Aishel for almost 5 years now. I have had no complaints. Their maintenance team is great, as well as customer service. My sink was leaking at about 3pm last week, Larry was over here within one hour of the phone call which made me think they deserve a review.

Good property; great landlord. I dealt with Nina and her/Aishel's behavior throughout my tenure (and especially during my move-out) was accommodating and friendly. Good landlords/ladies that stood out in stark contrast to most others that I've experienced.

Very positive experience with Aishel. I contacted them through the Trulia site to find an apartment to rent in Pittsburgh. The agent i worked with, Nina, replied to my inquiry very quickly, and continued prompt, friendly communication for the entire time I worked with her. The properties that I saw (O'hara apartments and Liberty Point in Lawrenceville) were very well kept, clean, and good sizes at affordable prices. They were clearly working on making improvements in and around the properties too. Would definitely recommend Aishel - didn't feel like a ripoff like some other big rental
