Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. We accept cash, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards.

Been coming to the mesa location for a few years now, the staff are amazing and ease your mind about all the work that needs to be done for your child they do everything they can to ease your child’s mind. Great place want to get all my kids to their offices honestly

Dr Clarke and team have been my son's dentist since he was 4. They are very kind and make nervous kids and moms feel comfortable. Son had several baby teeth wiggled (extracted) and it was quick and painless. Dr Jensen has seen my son for several years and is really relatable to teens. I highly recommend A to Z Pediatric Dentistry.
