I have been here a year & this is the worst management I have ever experienced. I have always paid my rent on time & have never given any trouble or problems. the management is extremely rude & all they care about is their money ! they don’t care about their residents. I’m usually not one to complain about things but I’m disgusted with the way I’ve been treated. I’ve decided to break my lease because I will not continue to give these people my money. they lie and make up extra fees just to get more money out of you. shameful. I would 0/10 not recommend.

The head Maintenance guy is who I deal with mostly and I’ll tell you right now, they are awesome!!! Not only do they accommodate, but excel with getting requests done! Keep in mind that there are over 40 buildings to maintain. They work well and work fast with a huge sprinkle of excellence... I am a tenant and stick by them 100%. Y’all do an amazing job.

I have lived here for two years now and have nothing but good things to say about this place. I'm in a ground floor furnished two bedroom apartment. The kitchen and other rooms are good sized and a washer and dryer came with it as well. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and on the rare occasions I've needed maintenance has been quick and professional. I've never had any bugs in my unit other than the occasional garden spider, and pest control comes regularly to spray. I cannot speak for everyone, but my experience here has been a pleasure.

We of course live on the west side of the complex where it is hottest in the afternoon. We asked if we could get a window AC to supplement our Central AC and was denied.
Yes it's cooler in the apartment then the 100 to 110 outside, but we like it cooler then 77 inside the apartment.
We set our thermostat at 69 degrees and we don't use the stove or oven due to the already hot situation.
They have been told about this and they still say the AC is working fine. Our temperature in the apartment doesn't reach the setting until about 6am in the morning. At that point the AC finally

We rented a furnished apartment here because of a job relocation. From my first phone call asking for information, through the application process, up until our last day, the entire experience was perfect and could not have been more pleasant. The entire staff is courteous, kind and very helpful. They treated us like long lost friends or family and went above and beyond our expectations.
