The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) offers rental assistance on selected units at the Village West Apartments for all eligible applicants. This is a printable document that you may complete and bring with you when making application in person. I called to put down a deposit for a 3 bedroom which would look like the one on the website. She told me that not all the units have stainless appliances in the kitchen and that they are not all painted the same. NO W/D inside the unit. They only have coin operated laundry on site. I have been harrased in coin operated laundry facilities by people on site at other apartments in Fort smith and it's unsafe. They also charge a $16 application fee for each Applicant. And will not email you a copy of the application and do not have a link to fill it out online. They also asked for birth certificates
