These were nice apartments when I moved in years ago. Now it's similar to a trailer park, except you live closer to your neighbors and have no yard space. A lot of young or just inconsiderate tenants now. I used to feel safe walking my dog at night, but not as much the last few months. There are always people sitting in dark cars and hanging out in groups in the parking lot. Just because you pay rent doesn't mean you will be able to park your car near your apt after work due to other people's visitors. Hector is a great maintenance man and quick to fix issues. We enjoyed living here during our 1 year lease. We are only leaving due to buying a home, but I highly recommend these apartments. They are very spacious and up to date. The maintenance staff are very friendly and will fix anything the same day you call. Marlene Torres has been easy to work with! :)

I used to live in these apartments. The rent was reasonable and the staff was helpful when you needed help. The once downfall is that the back windows of the apartments are up against a fence, so no view. And easy access for someone to break in. Someone tried to break in our downstairs apartment at 3 am once. Luckily we heard them and the ran off when I turned on the light.
