Chicken wings, beef teriyaki, egg roll, boneless spare ribs, fried jumbo shrimp, chicken finger, crab rangoons. First time ordering here & probably our last. Chow Mein had no chicken or noodles, broccoli beef had mostly all broccoli & 3 pieces of meat. The sauce for the lemon chicken was runny.

I celebrated my PhD today in this excellent restaurant. happy to tell that we enjoyed a delightful evening and the place was unquestionably one of the reasons for the fruitful meeting. One of my most consistent go-to locations. Fast, affordable, tasty. Scallion pancakes are killer!
This place serves up meals like clockwork. 20 minutes flat almost every time I call in, rarely 25+ if they're absolutely slammed.

It's like a small strip mall restaurant with no ambience except to get your food and go - but the food is actually very good and the owners are friendly. I've been impressed with the quality of vegetables and general preparation - a $15 meal here would cost you about $25-30 at a sit-down with this quality of food.

We've gotten takeout here several times. It is ranges from poor to mediocre. The last time the fried rice was dry and tasted like it had been reheated many times. We had to throw out most of the meal. We will not be going back for a while if ever.

I am sorry but I have to rate Main House as one star. The prices is good, amount of food is great, people are friendly, but the quality and taste of the food is awful. I so wanted this place to be good. Unfortunately it just isn't.

The pleasant service. The rice was a bit on the dry side, but liked that it didn't have a lot of soy sauce. The beef w. veggies was very nice dish, as well veggie dish. The lo mein was a bomb. Love it.

Stopped in tonight, on New Year's Eve, after an expected 2 hr wait. Unfortunately, my order and many others weren't ready. Waited another 15 minutes and my order was up. After an 8 minute drive home, I was ready to eat only to find all of my food cool to the touch or room temp. So disappointing. This is the first time they've let me down, yet it warranted this review. Don't let it happen again!

I've been here more than a dozen times now and I've had mixed results. When it comes to American-Chinese classics, they don't shine imo. I would avoid the General Tso's and the Chicken Fingers for example

However, if you're willing to try something a little bit off the beaten path, then the Main House can really shine. For example, #99 is a delicious dish, tofu with a rich pork sauce just like my Chinese pals used to make it. If you don't know what to get, try that with an extra order of white rice and that will serve 2 for very cheap. I'll get a photo if

We bought takeout (the restaurant is really only set up for takeout):
- Chicken and broccoli
- Wings
- Fried Peking ravioli

All were excellent, fresh, large portions.
The place was immaculate!

This will be our 'go-to' whenever we get hungry for Chinese!

We had to throw away 3/4 of the food we took home. We had scallion pancakes that were dry and had no flavor, and a few vegetable dishes, all of them greasy and mushy. Terrible.

Best Chinese food in the area. It's a small place, only 2 tables, best for takeout.My family has been going here since it opened, and we've never been disappointed with the food. Orders are filled in a timely manner and mistakes are extremely rare(items left out of order twice). Yes, the prices have been increasing, which is to be expected in this economy, but in this case you are getting what you pay for! I'm a noodle-aholic, and all the noodle dishes here are delicious (try the Singapore curry rice noodles).The chicken wings were crunchy outside and tender inside...perfect. This

Definitely the best Chinese restaurant in the area. This is the only place we eat now when we order Chinese. The employees are friendly, and the food flavor and quality is consistent. It's nothing fancy, but great take out when you're craving Chinese food.

Main House is a small Chinese takeout restaurant located in a quiet strip plaza. The place is very cozy which is order at the counter and there are a couple tables for eating in and small flatscreen TV.

The menu offerings are the standard Chinese dishes and items including Cantonese, Mandarin, Hunan, and Szechuan cuisines. There are also a few Thai dishes on the menu. The prices here seem reasonable, most dishes $10.95 and under and house specialties $10.95-$14.95. 26 Combination Plates are offered here which include pork fried rice or white rice (except C26 Lo Mein) and choice of appetizer(s
