Worst Chinese food I have ever had! Got what was supposed to be sweet and sour chicken but instead I received chicken balls? With sweet and sour sauce on the side. They were lacking in chicken and were more like balls of fried dough. VERY GREASY and DISAPPOINTING as well. The second meal was general Tao’s which was underwhelming and was missing the white rice. I will not be ordering from there again.

The hot and sour soup had all the makings of a great soup- tons of ingredients and nice and hot. I was SO disappointed when I had my first spoonful. It had no flavor. I kept hoping that one of the bites would have something in it for redemption. Even a splash of vinegar would have livened this up; but alas, but no cigar.

Won't order again. 😕 Upon arrival the lady (and child) behind the counter seemed very put out by our being there. It was the child who got our order and took payment for the food. They didn't honor their own coupon. Food was so over cooked it was like rubber chicken, including the meats that were not chicken. This place definitely lost a good customer. Lady get a clue, child labor is WRONG!!!🤬🤬🤬

This place is a hidden gem. It's easy to dismiss it as the menu may read like an average take out place, but three good reasons to order from this place: 1) Hot, delicious, fresh American Chinese take out, 2) Really friendly service by the family who runs the place, and 3) Really good prices.
They do noodles especially well. Even after delivery, the noodles arrive hot and fresh. It's a huge portion, you get plenty of meat and veggies, and it's almost half the price of other places around here. The family is really nice and they'll do anything to accomodate your request, e.g. ask for extra spicy

I must say the Wok has the best customers service I have ever seen. There was an issue with our order but there was nothing that could be done because we were so hungry and heated it up. I called to let them know what had happened and the manager showed up at my house to make it right. He is the nicest man and the food is amazing. If you are looking for great food for a decent price Wok is the place to be.i will definitely be ordering from there again Again. THANK YOU WOK FOR BEING SO AWESOME!!!

I was hesitant after reading reviews but I wanted to give my own try and order a delivery last night. Although devens is very close to them anyway they were very fast with delivery, everything was correct and hot and the driver was very VERY pleasant and nice smiling just very personable. I the food was just like any american Chinese food I've ordered which to me is fine ! I enjoyed it as well as my young daughter and the portion size was great. I'll deff be ordering again !
