Second day with NO AC in 92 DEGREE HEAT!! Placed a work order YESTERDAY and called multiple times. Valerie in the leasing office LIED and said someone would be here to fix before I left for work at 4:45....its 5:23 and still no A/C. No one will come fix it without managnents consent and they have bot answered the phone at all. Valerie sent the grounds keeper over to "calm me doe" then she left the office. I'll be emailing corporate and deducting fron the rent so its been 2 days of unliveable condtions in my apartment.

We lived here for a year and a half with minimal issue. There were roof leaks when it rained, and often times maintenance staff would take a couple days to respond. We had the internet go out for all the tenants in our building, leaving us stranded with no connection for days, in during Quarantine when all of our livelihoods were tied to it.
The worst was when we moved out, and my primary complaint with the building. We were told at inspection to expect our deposit back in full as we had "Done a great job" only to receive a bill for $1050 because they wanted to replace the entire flooring due

I came here to visit and looked around. Don't know why the apartments don't have light in the bedrooms, but have a switch to turn on an outlet? The people don't curb their dog's droppings, even at the children's park. Calling their number will just have you directed to a busy or no line. Go physically in person.

We were residents of The fountains apartments from June 27, 2019 - June 26, 2020. My girlfriend & I submitted a 30 day notice to Brianna (who apparently no longer works there) on May 26, 2019 at 9:09 am. Due to Covid we were not allowed to go into the building and had to hand off the document at the front door and weren't able to get a signed document confirming that it was received. I was told that i'd receive a refund of my security deposit after management processes the request. A few weeks later on July 6, 2019, I received a letter in the mail saying that I owed $1,071.35. I called the main

Im a healthcare worker moving hours away from my hometown & I applied to this apartment I’m actually happy I didn’t go through with this place Vanessa the ASSISTANT manger made it hard to even follow through with the process asking for proof of literally everything even conversations with my employer when I gave her they’re info she could’ve reached out to them herself. If it was such a issue I could’ve afforded to pay a whole years of rent upfront but everything happens for a reason looking at their reviews which looks horrible I’m glad I didn’t go through with it 😊 she also asked

My Spouse and I have lived in this complex for almost 2 years now and we absolutely love it. The fact that it comes with all of the appliances (microwave, washer, dryer and dishwasher) is very convenient and are able to get maintenance whenever we need is awesome. We started off in a one bedroom our first year and had an easy upgrade to a two bedroom after our lease ended. I must admit that it is a little pricey, with having to pay for trash, gas, water and sewer, but completely worth it. Staff members are so kind and helpful and the community in itself is great with very nice people (In my experience

When you fill out the $40 application they AUTOMATICALLY make you pay an additional $100 to “hold” the apartment. I was told the $100 would be refunded back to my card within 2 business days. A week and a half later nothing.... I call and then am told it will be refunded in a check & can take 14-21 business days?!?! It took you guys 1 min to take my funds out but 14-21 days to issue a check?!?! When I was told it would be refunded back to my card within 2 days. The office lady was rude as well.

I have but one word for anyone considering moving into the Fountains. Don't. I have been a resident here for 5 plus years. I was just told my rent will increase by $230 a month if I wish to renew my lease. Palmdale does not have rent control. So they can do whatever they want. Again, I have lived here for more than 5 years. I have paid my rent on time every time. The Fountains treat residents like trash. I am retired, on a fixed income and partially disabled. But all The Fountains cares about is its profit margin. Again, my word is DON'T.
