I was helped by a lady named Cristal when I called asking for information. She was very nice, and very knowledgable. My experience with Carmel Appartments was great. I highly recommend if you are looking for management that cares.

These guys are awesome! I recommend this place out of anywhere else in that neighborhood! Nice quiet location, it has security and cameras for your safety! The price is lower than other places I looked at, they try to stay fair! The girls in the office are very attentive and kind!

I lived at Carmel Apartments for a year and a half and I loved it there. I never had any problems it was always quiet where my apartment was. Angie and Cristal in the office were always nice and when things needed to get fixed it always gotten taken care of. When I first looked into apartments I was pretty picky so I got lucky living there. Never had a roach problem, or any insects issues. They keep the place really clean and maintained. The maintenance guys were are also nice and professional. The area is not the best but it is gated I never had problems or worries about my car being broken into

It s where I met the Love of my Life, BatMan(Tony) 4 Life. It all stArted in Apt #96, we lived there prior to '08 Olga was the manager, she did her best, Over all No big problems, it was actually pretty quiet.

I had a great experience with the management. The complex was clean and kept up. Mostly families. Three loud parties in 4 years. The only issue I had was my apt was next to the pool and it the summer the kids playing would get loud.

So first this is a review of the apartments not the neighborhood. Second, the neighborhood isn't crazy; it was adequate. The worst that happened was we heard loud music on the weekends, but it was weekend and they stopped at the appropriate time. So for the apartments themselves; they were wonderful. The management is great they know what they are talking about and they do their job well. The maintenance guys are great! They always did a wonderful job and left it clean. It gets even better!!!! My previous post was pretty to the point. But ever since I posted it I have had security at my door at least twice a week about anonymous noise complaints very late at night. Mind you, I have a two year old son and once he is in bed its lights out for us as well. You could hear a needle drop its so quiet. But apparently thats still to noisy. Angie you are the worst manager this place could ever have!!!
