Chris is active in adult hockey leagues and can be found 3 times a week at Oceanside. Chris is an avid mountain biker, enjoys duning and boating as well as riding the wind on either his Harley or his custom. Tracye originally hails from Pleasant Hill, Iowa but considers herself a native Arizonian as she has been here for over 20 years.
Tracye enjoys spending time with her kids, reading, boating and riding the wind with her hubby Chris. Born and raised here, he graduated from McClintock High School. In his spare time he enjoys playing hockey at Oceanside Ice Arena for the Harper Roof Rats as well as four wheeling his jeep in the desert.

Chris has over 28 years of roofing experience and not 28 years of sales experience. Tracye has over 28 years of customer service and office experience and can answer any questions you may have. Harper's Roofing, Inc. is a full service residential and commercial roofing company. We repair and replace all types of roof systems including tile, shingle, torchdown, and foam.
Leak repairs are our specialty. Some companies will automatically bid to re-roof half the roof or even the entire roof rather than just the area needing repaired. We are confident in our leak repairs so we don't have to bid to re-roof half of the house in order to fix a small leak.
We warranty the leak repair for 2 years, however, if after the warranty has expired and the same area is continuing to leak, we will repair the same area if we feel that it is the fault of the original labor and installation.We guarantee the leak will be fixed even if we need to come back several times to hunt down the source.

Standard concrete tile roofs are a popular roof type here in sunny Arizona. Tiles themselves can last as long as 50 years, but it is the underlayment that wears out and needs to be replaced every 18-22 years. If your roof is in this age range and it starts to leak, it may not be cost effective to repair as it may need to be replaced within months.
Re-shingling a home can be overwhelming but we try to make it as painless as possible. With Harper's Roofing, Inc. the crew members are direct employees of Harper's Roofing and are not sub-contractors so when we re-roof a home, we do not stop until we are done. Re-roofs will typically take 2 to 4 days depending on the size and style of roof.
Patio roofs commonly last 8 - 12 years depending on the original material and sun exposure so replacing your patio roof before your shingle or tile roof is normal. We are one of a handful of companies that installs the modified bitumen using the torchdown process as it is more cosmetically appealing and longer lasting than the cold process of Peel N Stick.

Harper’s roofing was amazing to work with! They were prompt and professional. They paid attention to the details, every scrap, garbage and nail was picked up. Every time they would need to come into the backyard, they would let us know so our dog did not get loose. Everyone was professional and genuinely looked like they enjoyed what they do. Needed some roof repairs after a monsoon storm. It seemed we could not find anyone else to come out and there was another storm predicted for the weekend. Harper's Roofing was recommended by several friends and clients. After speaking with Tracye, she had her husband Chris visit us first thing the next morning. He had a crew out within an hour! Very professional, polite, did a great job with repairs and cleanup. They also wore Covid masks while speaking with me, very considerate! We will definitely call Harper's Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Estimate was provided promptly, pricing was super-competitive, Tracey who runs the office was really helpful with scheduling, the crew cleaned up the yard and the patio area every evening when they left, and the finished product is beautiful. My mom had a roof leak and was really worried that it was going to be very, very expensive. Chris came out and inspected the roof and let my mom know that most of her roof was in great shape and a simple repair was all she needed. He also re-flashed the skylights to reduce the likelihood of future leaks. Everyone at Harper's Roofing was friendly; the crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no sawdust or mess behind; and the job was reasonably priced. They did a great job, and I would hire them again!

Harper's Roofing is the most honest company I've come across. My boss had another roofing company tell him he needed thousands of dollars worth of replacing to do and Harper's did it for a fraction of the cost. He recommended Harper's to me after another roofing company quoted me high as well. Hard to find good businesses that won't just take your money! Thanks Harper's!

Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to have work quoted. Took time off work today and waited for entire day for them to show, but they never did. Called 3 times to find out when they would be out (including leaving 2 messages), but only received a call back 15 minutes before they closed. Then I was told "we're really busy around here" and "a lot of people schedule appointments but find another roofer". Tracy was extremely rude - glad we dodged a bullet and didn't actually end up hiring them!

My husband called last week to schedule an appointment and was told that it would be a week before someone could get out due to the rain. He understood due to the weather and scheduled the appointment for today between 9-12. At 11 am today he receives a call that they won't be out due to the rain until next week. Harper's Roofing was one of the easiest and friendliest companies I have ever worked with! From start to finish Tracye answered all of my questions via email or phone right away!
We just had our a shake roof from 1979 removed and a shingle roof put on. The price was very fair and the work looks beautiful! All of the work was done on time (the whole process only took 4 days) and the workers did a great job cleaning everything up each day.
I would highly recommend Harper's Roofing to anyone!
