The roofers that AZ Roofing Works employs are exceptional and work tirelessly to complete the job. I would really have liked to give the business 5 stars but for some reason they did not order enough shingles to complete the work in 2 days and had to finish up on the 3rd day. Not sure why they did not come out and measure the roof in order to get an accurate assessment of how many shingles were needed. I also would like to say that the price is very competitive and is better than most other roofing companies. The work was completed today, September 29, 2021 and again I cannot emphasize enough how

Very good experience start to finish. When I called to schedule, the woman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and understood and respected the very short time-frame I was working with. Aaron arrived at the scheduled time and was very helpful and informative and was able to provide me with a detailed quote within hours of the initial inspection. He was able to speak "roof" to me in regular people words, which was much appreciated and put me at ease about the needed repairs.

Sent by home inspection company there's a wet spot on my kids roof they sent in a guy wheezing and coughing all over my heart kids room who cannot risk being sick or covid! Not covering mouth coughing all over his bed I'm extremely mad at the lack of professionalism! Where's people's give a crap about others this made me so upset! Wear masks in people's house! Specifically if your coughing and don't cover your mouth you never know who's house your in and what they are going through!

Austin came out and evaluated my client's roofing issue and had a crew out crew out the next day! Fast, fantastic work. I couldn't have had a better experience. Some of the damage was caused by the solar company. He called and got them to admit responsibility, and pay their share of the repair cost! I am a Realtor and use them exclusively because of service like this!

Called to get a roof inspection. Office staff was great to deal with. Craig/inspector was on time, courteous & professional. We had our estimate within hours. Work scheduled within a reasonable time due to expected monsoon season. Workers arrived on time & completed the job as planned. Pleased with price & efficiency of office & crew. I highly recommend AZ Roofing Works for roof replacement. They arrived to work exactly as they said they would, cleaned up each day before leaving, completed the job in three days, and were very respectful throughout the process. I ended up with a beautiful roof and a new 10" tubular skylight. My only problem was that I had a reverse mortgage and HUD was difficult to deal with, but AZ Roofing Works was willing to work with me on getting payment.

Took two days off of work to get my roof done. The first day no one shows up.. kept calling and even the manager didn't know where his own guys were. Tuesday comes and the workers come to collect their money for the job they did.. we were like you never did the job and they were like oh right. Like seriously communicate people. Then they were mad we couldn't take Wednesday off to access our roof after not doing the work the first two days. Then they didn't bring the correct height ladder. Wouldn't recommend wasted two days work of pay for us.

These guys are great! It's a long story and with a great ending. We were purchasing a home and our realtor suggested this company for a roof inspection after our own roofing company was unable to come out in the time we needed. AZ Roofing Works was awesome and will be my go-to company for roofing work going forward. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to have several revised estimates and every time, they were prompt and courteous. This is the 3rd company to no show a roofing appointment they set. I called the Office told me someone from Century 21 Called and CXL my appointment yesterday. WHICH I do not have Insurance through Century 21 which clearly means they made a mistake, wrong customer, and cxl without confirming with me. This was a referred company, clearly a reason why 3 stars. Easy solution, Book an appt = Show, if someone other than the person who booked "supposedly" cxl's call the person who booked with you and cxl appt.

I'm a east valley realtor and have dealt with my share of roofers. Az Roofing Works has been by far my best experience. My clients 10 inspection period was coming to an end. After 3 days of another other roofer telling me they would make it out they never did! I called AZ roofing works and they were out the same day and also provided the estimate that evening. Highly recommended!
