For those who need physical therapy or rehabilitation from an injury we have certified physical therapists to help you with customized training.

Water fountains went out like two years ago and owner refuses to get them fixed. bathrooms smell like a korean cesspool. weights are okay but i like to lift heavy and they cant keep up with my gains. plus some guy with a mohawk always stares at me while im trying to lift. unsure if he wants to hangout or just wants to throw hands. all in all this place isnt suitable for power lifters like myself.
