A guest (you know who you are, Rachel) flushed a bunch of wet wipes down the toilet, creating a non-plungerable (is that a word?) clog.
Ace Plumbing was over within an hour of calling them, and fixed the issue literally within 10 minutes. They charge in 15 minute intervals, so I was able to save a lot of money. In fact, they charged less than half of what 2 competitors quoted me.

Had an excellent experience with their plumber M. that came out to my location. I needed to add a cold water line from the water heater to a fridge in the garage. There were definitely things that needed to be troubleshooted but he thought it through and even put the equipment together to allow for ease of access for future work to be done if needed. I appreciate the forethought, planning, and coming up with different possible solutions upon speaking with me. John is awesome!!! We've been dealing with a clog in our home that bought just about 10 years. So many plumbers have been out over the years and couldn't even diagnose a block, much less clear it. Not only did John clear the block quickly, he was able to diagnose that our pipes were caked in previous owners nastiness and clear it out. I saw the before and after scopes and was amazed!! John was incredibly responsive, communicative, thorough, and enthusiastic! A rare find!

Great company!!! I had a plumbing issue and called 3 different companies for quotes. Gerry from ace came out had up front prices and even a suggestion on how to save some money. When I say they are unmatched it workmanship , customer service and so much more and best of all reasonable by the time it was all said and done I had a working sewer and spent less than a 3rd of what there competitors "said" the work should cost. They have been top of the line for me on multiple properties and will be the only ones I work with.

My AC died on a Sunday night. Martin was there within 20 minutes and tried to resurrect, but it was terminal. Jeremy came by Monday morning, wrote up the order, Martin tag-teamed on the financing, and by Wednesday afternoon, I was cooling down with a brand new HVAC system. Eric and George worked all day in the heat to get the new unit up and running - Eric braved the attic at 130 degrees!
Jeremy and Martin did everything they could to keep the old system running, but its time had come. I have no doubt this system will last 20+ years. Thanks to all!

Utilized this plumbing company as a referral from another contractor. Hindsight being 20/20 I should have stuck to my gut feeling and went with the proven plumbing companies I've worked with in the past. The main issue was the plumber on-site thought he could solve the leaking issue from the front instead of what I already requested that they cut the drywall behind the bathroom and make the repairs that way. Three hours later and and the issue was not resolved. Of course, I was billed for and paid for basically 50% of a fix. That's fine. I hired another plumber who completed the

We had an issue with our AC unit and had Ace come out. We were given a quote of 1,200 to replace some parts with the outside unit. The repairman did look at the main unit inside and said it looked like the coils were dirty. He did nothing about it though. After the repairs he said it was fixed. He left and an hour later the system was still not pushing air out. We called back and had another associate come out. He again looked at the coils inside and said the other guy should have cleaned them and that was our issue for no air. Here is the kicker.

Technician came out late on a Friday afternoon, was professional, identified and fixed the issue with my air conditioner in less than 30 minutes. All charges and warranty were explained before work started, and after work was completed, walked me through the fix, how to best maintain the unit, and how to contact them if I needed further services. Ace Plumbing did everything we wanted for the best price after shopping around. They successfully installed a 50 gallon water heater, and installed a water line to our fridge. Unlike some of the other plumbing companies, they were not going to put drywall back over the hole from the wall they were going to cut, and that was fine.

I just purchased a home and the day I moved in my water heater broke! My warranty denied coverage leaving me to pay for the replacement on my own. They were used for a purchase of a new home for a clogged kitchen sink as part of the contract prior to the new buyer taking ownership. Within three days of living there the kitchen sink clogged again/still
Was told "no warranty on the clog" so new homeowner had to pay $200 to have someone clean the p trap on Thanksgiving day. Less than one week after taking ownership . I'm not happy as their real estate agent!
