Once again Doug to the rescue!! A couple years ago I called on Doug when we were having Kitec issues. He was extremely helpful to our situation and it was much appreciated! Today I had him come by to put a relief valve in our recirc system. Come to find out our pump is totally dead and also the plumbing company that put in the sytem did not install equipment they should have done. Doug doesn't even want to charge me for his time to come out. It is beyond wonderful to find an honest and knowledgeable plumber these days! I would highly recommend Doug and will continue to use him for our plumbing
