Ben's Roofing, Inc. is a Bay Area roofing contractor located in Oakland and serving the entire Bay Area. We specialize in commercial, multi-family, and residential re-roofing and roofing repairs. We also install skylights as a part of a re-roofing project. We treat every roofing job with professionalism, and work hard to exceed our customer's expectations.

This country is the most fascinating in the world due to the infusion of various cultures. I am the oldest of three children and the only son to Ben and Carmen Guerrero.

Gustavo with Ben's Roofing is a honest and reliable person to work with. His crews are professional and respectful to everyone. Our complex is undergoing a roof replacement. It is often loud and dusty due to the nautre of the job. They always knock on the door before starting their work and notify the homeowner of their presence. If there are large chunk of debris landing on the patio, I'd let them know and they will quickly clean it up. It's been difficult juggling working from home with the noise so i try to schedule calls later in the day. The forman is generally easy

Terrible work and complete misdiagnosis of the problem. Gustavo’s attitude was rude, know it all, but really knew nothing about our problem and couldn’t fix the leak that was found not even close to their diagnosed area. Others needed to come to do the job properly. Ben’s made a big mess for nothing.

Of the half dozen companies that I tried to contact to get a semi-emergency repair done during last month's rain, this company answered me on the first try. I give them some slack for lack of communication due to probably every roofing company getting slammed at the time, but every conversation I had, regardless of time of day, was professional and I wasn't on hold for long.
As for the two guys who came out, they were professional and had a good sense of humor I appreciated. They were also quick (or maybe I just know how long it takes to repair a bullet hole in a roof). All things considered

We were very impressed by Ben's Roofing. They were highly recommended to us by friends who own a large residential property management company. They came a day early to check things out and were very efficient from start to finish: permitting, removal, repair, installation and final city inspection all done seamlessly; and kept us informed throughout. The entire job was done in 2.5 days, ahead of schedule. The staff worked smoothly and efficiently, and were always polite and accommodating. The grounds were kept clean at all times and our plants were undisturbed. Our roof is beautiful

We hired Ben's Roofing to replace our home's roof (Maxwell Park, Oakland), add gutters and downspouts, and to make some structural improvements to enhance drainage. Gustavo and his team were highly responsive and thoughtfully engaged at all points before, during, and after the job. Their attention to detail is superb, as is their workmanship. Highly recommend!
