Selling my home. Inspector found a slipped tile and another cracked one. Turns out the slipped tile exposes some plywood that got weathered. Another roofer (will not be named) tried to really rip me off. Wanted to tear down a strip of roofing top to bottom (which included uninstalling water solar heaters and re-installing them - which they did not do). Unreal. Javier came, analyzed and fixed the problems properly. Removed tiles all around, fixed the roof and replaced the tile. Can't even tell there was ever any damage. He inspected the entire roof and repaired all slipped and/or cracked

Javier came very promptly to give me an estimate. I give him A++ for that but I called back 3 times today to give them my answer and no one answered and the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. The web site should offer alternative contact methods such as email either directly or by a web form. This was very disappointing.

After having my skylight blown out & tiles flying everywhere due to a microburst, I called 3 roofers the following morning & asked for help. Redstone came out within 2 hours, inspected & said he would have an estimate to me in the afternoon. That evening I messaged Redstone & asked if the estimate was coming. My reply was that they would have to order the skylight but could cover the hole temporarily. I asked how much & could they come out the next day? Never got a reply & never heard from them again. I wasted 3 days :(
