The owner, Mr. Chuck Grape, replied to my post as Walter G. three months after my complaint. He gave his own business five stars while doing so. Making an end run this way is not an ethical act either. If all business owners did that, Yelp reviews would no longer be trusted. Such behavior corrupts the whole system.
1) Walter G. made one and only one post in 2019.
2) Walter G. does not try to pretend to be anyone but Chuck Grape in his post after he gives his business five stars.
3) Chuck Grape should be careful as I was not alone in witnessing the same screws in his truck as the exact same

I had the opportunity to work with C & C Roofing when I needed an estimate for some roof hail damage on a commercial building that I own on Boulder Hwy. Chuck responded promptly by visiting the job location, and provided me with a comprehensive and competitive quote (I received two others) to complete my damaged roof replacement. Chuck also contributed some helpful input to my insurance adjuster, resulting in a reasonable insurance claim which helped cover a portion of the roof replacement costs. Upon being given the go-ahead to proceed with the work, Chuck's crews immediately responded
