We had some roofing issues after last weeks high winds.After calling a few places,PRS (Professional Roofing Services) was the only one to came out.
When Phil from PRS arrived we discussed the issues and Phil went on the roof fixed the problem and even secured loose tiles. He did all this and didn’t
want anything. He said he was glad he could help a fellow Las Vegan out. So for any roofing problems call PRS first. Mary Z.

Just a shout out to all Las Vegans who have a roof, I needed some tiles and a few other things repaired on mine recently and had a very pleasant experience with PRS. They were very friendly, they always got right back to me if I called, and it was done in a timely manner. If anyone needs repairs,etc., please don't overlook this company when shopping around. We will certainly be doing business with them again for future roof needs, and/or repairs. 👍

I had a leak in my ceiling but that can't get repaired until I get my roof replaced. Received a quote and paid my half down on 2/4 with a response that someone would call the following week to schedule the replacement. Received that call on 2/11 that my roof is scheduled for Feb 22-26 with the message that someone would call a day or 2. Well, here it is the 24th, no call, no message about anyone coming. I called and emailed with no response. Meanwhile, my ceiling is exposed (the entire length of the back of my house) going on almost a month now. I am disappointed, stressed, anxious and very sad

I was referred to these people on May 7th for an insurance claim. I gave up on them this morning (July 1st.) and contacted 2 other roofers for estimates.
My experience was pretty frustrating. I had to continually call keep this project moving foward. Emails with signed contracts were apparent sent to junk mail, and the final straw was Angie laughing at me when I asked about what damage the past two rains might have done to my roof. Initially I was promised that tarps would cover the damage in case of rain, that never happened.
During that last conversation I was listening to her rustle through
