Daniel's European was founded in 2013, when current owner Gerardo Orozco made his dream of running his own automotive shop a reality. This dream first flourished when Gerardo joined the Automotive Technology program Rio Hondo College with the intention of becoming an automotive technician.
Following his time at Rio Hondo College, Gerardo formally began his career in the automotive industry in 2010, when he started working at various automotive repair shops in the Los Angeles area.Eventually, this led him to work as a technician for a leading Audi dealership in Los Angeles.

I never ever ever ever take my cars anywhere because shops are just too unreliable at times and I always feel like I'm being ripped off. Let me tell you that is not the case here at Daniel's European! I brought my Porsche Cayenne turbo here for repairs cause I didn't have time to get to it and handle it myself. After speaking with them at Daniel's I actually was very comfortable when I left my car with him because I knew it was in good hands. I gave them time to complete the work and man oh man my car has never been better. The attention to detail is quite amazing and well

Came to Daniel's European with my Porsche Boxster in a pinch following a major transmission fluid leak, and I'm extremely glad I found this place. Gerardo showed me nothing but hospitality, professionalism, and honesty - he's as honorable and thorough as they come. He prepared me an itemized quote equipped with explanations and photos, and it was very obvious to me that he genuinely had my best interests in mind. I could go on, but in short, Gerardo at Daniel's European really saved me in my time of stressful car-issues, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Horrible experience. Would not bring my high end vehicle back here. First of all, this is suppose to be an auto repair business, not a weekend day care for the guys girlfriend. On two separate occasions he did not complete the work and failed to notify me. Then he started to blame me even though he had to close shop and go on an errand. And as if that wasn't enough, he raised his prices so that he could be more "in-line" with the other shops. Only he tells you after he does the $360 diagnostic. Avoid this place.

Great alternative to dealership service/repair. The owner Gerardo is very knowledgeable and you definitely get a sense that he enjoys what he does. He provides an itemized quote, performs a visual inspection when you drop off the car, keeps you informed on status of repair/service and provides detailed explanation of any additional items that may need attention. He prides himself on having a clean shop, reasonable prices, and above all a mechanic you can trust. I have taken my Audi Q7 in to Daniels European twice for routine maintenance.

Gerardo is very thorough and detail-oriented when it comes to your car and will provide you the highest level of service. I have a 2012 Audi S5 and he took care of my car as if it was his own - which i very much appreciate! I needed my brakes fixed about 6 months ago and he did such a great job that I've decided to go back to him for future needs for my car. He is worth every penny if/when you need work done on your car. I highly recommend!

Brought in my Mercedes for an oil change and was happy to see that Geraldo uses high-quality Mercedes approved oil (Liqui-moly) and Mann oil filter. I have always been reluctant to take my car to a quick oil change shop and was happy to see that Geraldo does not skimp out on one of the most important components of any car, motor oil. Geraldo even check my suspension and informed me of anything that may need servicing soon. Pricing was fair and will be looking forward to my next maintenance service.

This place is great. You get personal service from the owner, who knows his cars and takes care of yours. He used to be off of Lambert... Now he's by the Imperial carwash. He's not inexpensive, but if you drive any of these imports you're used to it. He'll get it right, and is definitely less expensive than the Porsche dealer.

Great auto shop! I was recently quoted an unreasonable price for an oil/filter change, tire rotation, and fluid refill. We read reviews for Daniel's and decided to try it out. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes his time to show car owners what's really going on. You get a little lesson with the service. I've recommended this place to my mom, and she too, was very pleased with the car service and guest treatment.

Brought my new to me Porsche here for a Pre Purchase Inspection. After i bought it. I know, i had that backwards. For less than 1/2 what the dealership wanted for that service, i got a complete inspection with print outs. By a mechanic who knows so much about these cars. So impressed with his work, had him upgrade the exhaust system. I will be bringing my Porsche here for life. Nice to find an honest, sincere and knowledgeable mechanic.

My car broke down as I was grabbing some food in the parking lot that is in the same plaza as Daniels European. It was already after hours but I saw Gerardo ( the owner ) still working on a car and asked him if he could help me out. Without hesitation he walked with me to my car and ran a coder to find out what was causing the issue. He gave me good advice on what I should do about getting it fixed and what the code meant. Since I have a Honda and they focus on Europeans I will be taking it to a Honda mechanic that he recommended to me. It's nice to find an honest genuine guy who helps

I took my completely restored 1985 Carrera so Gerardo can give me an estimate in regards to the transmission and a leaking oil hose. He is a one man shop and I was impressed by his knowledge in regards to oil cooler engines. Porsche's engines are unique and you really have to have knowledge of how to work on them otherwise you are wasting your time. Gerardo was able to give me a detailed and reasonable estimate. He is very detailed and good! I highly recommend him if you have any Porsche issues.

Gerardo was very helpful. My bmw was jumpy/delayed in response when I pressed on gas. I took it to an auto shop and they weren't exactly sure what was the problem. However, when I took it to Gerardo, he explained and checked everything thoroughly. He fixed my car problem, and charged me at a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with his services.

Late post, but I happened to stop by to get a quote for my brake pads on a 2008 Mercedes Sunday morning. Gerardo was really helpful and offered to check my whole vehicle to see if there is anything else that might become an issue. Noticed there was an oil leak and gave me a quote on that too. Prices were reasonable, he was very friendly, and was very thorough with the car inspection.

I brought in my 2013 s4 for 65k mile service, and had them install a 034 Motorsports Trans mount insert and a CR-15 front strut bar. Amazing work, received a full Audi quality service, and the install of the the 2 items was quick and easy.
A couple weeks later I brought my car back in for full brake replacements. New rotors, pads and lines. Again another great service. Everyone is super personable, easy to talk to. They love what they do and want to make sure that you and your car are both happen when done. I like that its easy to set up appointments, They have late hours available

I've lagged so bad on this review and i absolutely shouldn't have because when I took my Subaru in to this shop, it was one of the top notch, most professional experiences I've ever had.
Unfortunately the clutch in my WRX had gone out and it was time for a replacement. Gerardo knew this was my only vehicle and made it a priority to get it in and out as fast as he could, all the while providing me step by step updates via text and phone on repair progress and issues.
