I'm back again for a fast and quick SmogCheck...2nd time around and they got the job done and also got discount $10 off the 2nd time around. Saving money goes a long way now and days.

I asked them to do a "pre-inspection" per their website recommendation for guarantee of passing a smog test and was given attitude by a lady at the front desk. She was really rude and questioned why I would need a "pre-inspection" and told me that if my car has no problems running, it would pass. I paid around $60 for the test and didn't pass.

They basically took my money without a care for helping me. They told me to drive my car 200 miles and bring it back to get tested again.

I'd rather go elsewhere. They were so friendly in the beginning but it turns out that

My Jaguar couldn't pass smog - the check engine light had been on for almost two years. Oscar helped me immediately. First he showed me the results of the scan -- two sensors had gone bad. Then he began searching for the best prices for the parts. I appreciated the way he explained everything to me and couldn't help but take note of his unfailing courtesy. I'm 68 and must say that people like him are rare. After the sensors were put in, Oscar spent a lot of time driving my car around so he could make sure everything was working perfectly. I give Quick Smog the highest rating

I called ahead to make sure they would smog my car, it's old and a lot of the smog places don't like doing the older cars. But they said they would do it. My car always passes anyway. I showed up 15 minutes later and suddenly they were making excuses, could I come back in the afternoon? No problem.
I showed up at the agreed meeting time and all I got was a guy telling me he would fail me on visual because the manifold looked non-standard in some vague way. Or maybe this hose wasn't factory standard? Plus the sticker didn't look quite right. Anyway, I know when to walk away

I have been coming here for many years and they do a great job. If people rate them less than 5 stars they are not unbiased patrons. If your car is mess and does not pass it is a reflection of you and not this shop. Thanks for being there!

Needed a smog check and it was Sunday. Quick Smog was open and had me in and out quickly. Clean waiting room with coffee and TV a bonus.

They did a great job, were friendly, and a knowledgeable staff. Quick and air-conditioned

30 min wait with walk in. Got smogged and out the door in about an hour. Gentlemen who helped me on a Saturday was very respectful and efficient.

Took vehicle in for smog check. It failed so they had me go back for diagnostic check. Diagnostic check failed also now charge is over 200 dollars and they only changed out gas cap. At this point they told me to drive vehicle 50 or more miles to have the"monitoring work properly. I do this with the understanding he isn't charging me for monitoring. But he charges me an additional 106 dollars. It passed miraculously next day. Total now for everything was over 300 . If you want to be ripped off and lied to this is perfect place for you. Entire process over 3 days was very upsetting.

This guy Jose is horrible at communicating/lying, etc! He takes people kindness for weakness. I'm not sure how this place has 5 stars, I believe it's a sham! His mistake almost caused a horrible accident and instead of accepting his mistake, he chose to blame and make excuses when it was blatantly gross negligence.
We're just waiting for the final results before we move forward with a formal complaint to the BBB and a lawsuit, or if this place will do the honest thing. To be continued.....

To add insult because I didn't reply to them trying to remedy this on time, they complained

Despite the ad on here noting $36.75 for Smog Check + $8.25 Certificate I was charged $55. Not only that but Jose said he knew it was going to fail before he started the smog check because of the Check Engine light. He said "We have to by law" which is B.S. What law? An honest person would have looked in the car, seen the "Check Engine Light" and told the customer it won't pass rather than run the test to get the customer's money.

Jose is shady and this place is shady. Stay away!

I'm very grateful for this place. I came back again because I had an engine light on & I've taken my car-- a 2010 chevy malibu-- anywhere & noone could
ever fix it. Other places would probably charge me without fixing the problem, but this shop always does! I always feel safe taking my car here & Lucy, the receptionist, has been very accommodating. I want to say thanks to Jose and to their former worker, Daniel, who really tried to educate me on what's wrong with my car and tried to fix the problem without adding so many unnecessary expenses. Go take your car here.. they

Excellent service. In and out within 15 to 20 minutes. Very straight forward and honest. They also do DMV registration and renewal. Ask for Lucy.

Fast and friendly people make this my place to go to smog test shop. They do a lot of other useful services as well which makes it even better. The staff are always nice and helpful, will offer any advice. Prices are reasonable and will get you coming back.

Everytime my vehicle registration requires a smog check for one of my three cars , I bring my car to quick smog. I am usually in and out within 30 to 40 minutes.

Mark is the only smart person in that shop everyone else. Dont. Even know what they talking. About
