Counseling and Therapeutic Support Services (CATSS) seeks to support individuals and families in all stages of their lives. Each of our therapists carries their own expertise in addressing the challenges you may be facing.
We are dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families as well as providing supportive clinical supervision to training mental health practitioners, and providing psycho educational training to other professional who interact with children and families struggling with mental health difficulties.

Services
I treat individuals and/or families with the goal of sorting through their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to live a healthier life. I see clients who struggle with a variety of issues from general anxiety, depression, and difficult life changes - to - post traumatic stress disorder, dissociation, and personality disorders.
CATSS is dedicated to providing supportive clinical supervision to clinical trainees working towards obtain mental health professional license as LMFTs & LPCCs to provide mental health services in the state of Minnesota. Katie Barrett, MA LMFT is a Board Approved Supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy & Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy.
