Brought one of our fleet vehicles in for a thorough evaluation.
Job was performed in a very timely manner and the level of detail was once again excellent. We did not get the work done as it was decided between us and Willie Automotive, it would not be worth doing it due to age and circumstances.

We bought our business vehicles in to be checked and maintained to keep them on the road with trust. An excellent job was done from start to finish. They are very detailed and professional and are not pushy on the repairs.
They let you know what they feel is critical vs. it doesn't need immediate attention. Their means of communication is very good and the timeliness was also excellent.

First of all, I would have given them 5 stars if not for two things: 1) They are a little bit on the expensive side (though still comparable and fair), and 2) When they charge their standard hourly rate to diagnose and troubleshoot a vehicle, they don’t deduct any of that charge from the price of the repairs (which is what I’ve been used to). Aside from those two things, I found Willie Automotive to be honest, highly competent, professional and very friendly. I’ve had a lot of work done on an old Buick that I’m not quite ready to get rid of yet, and I’ve been extremely happy with the

Great little shop, hard to find honest shop not out to make quick buck or hustle. Had a bent frame, was prepared to pay for alignment and even signed for it, but they said it wouldn’t help, they saved me money.. I will definitely go back for future repairs!! Thank you for being a great shop and not the normal hustle shop.. 👍👍👍
