This guy lost a customer over a 200 dollar part .
Replaced my power steering pump and it only worked a few months. Can't take anything back to him cus he gets offended and doesn't back up any if his work. Worked on two vehicles of mine and both had problems after. No wonder he's been out of business twice. Figured since it was a mom and pops shop, that they would honor their work and take care of their customers but I was wrong. Terrible experience.

I have a 2018 Toyota Sienna. My headlights keep burning out. I had Bob check it and he found a burned out bulb- which is why I took it there, to find out why this was happening so frequently. The bulb was replaced. Two weeks later, it was out again. I replaced the bulb. Now here again, the bulb is out again. I called and asked to have him look at it again. I was asked if I replaced the bulb. I think that the frequency of bulb replacement is not normal and it’s something making this happen. I was told “why does he need to look at it again if it’s just a burnt out bulb? “ I have had vehicles

Bought a cat shield online for my Prius, and had it installed here. At first, he worked on it for an hour and realized he needed a very particular tool or bit to install it. He got the part the next day and I returned to have it installed properly and quickly with no problems and for a very decent price.

We were driving through Lakeland on our way to St. Augustine for a camping trip when my whee nearing went out. Alice was very nice and helpful. Bob did a great job replacing the wheel bearing, and finding the parts that were not in stock locally. The work was solid and quick. The price was very fair. Thanks Bob and Alice.

Bob and his wife, Betty are the consummate small town auto repair shop. They work on most anything diagnose things bases upon his many years of experience and do what is needed to get things running properly at a reasonable price. He works on most anything; I saw older family cars and vans, a DeLorean, Jag, and company fleet vans.

Friendly service is a pleasure when things are going bad as they were this morning when my truck wouldn't start. So I just called Bob,was assured they could handle my problem and my truck is now being worked on. I expect full satisfaction as usual.
