Bob at Joyce automotive was amazing. They are very on top of knowledge and have the expertise you need to get anything you need taken care of. They were very understanding and took the time to show empathy towards me and my situation when they didn’t have to do that. I’ve been coming to Joyce Auto for a few visits now with an older xterra. (ex: cam sensors, blown AC, Tow-truck) I’ve mostly communicated with smiley Bob who’s been incredibly welcoming & respectful when I’m there to make sure I’m taken care of along with most of the staff. I genuinely appreciate the honest communication, prices seem really fair compared to past shops I’ve been to that can make your pockets look forward to your rice and bean dinners for the next few months. Car always comes back better than I left it and that’s what you want. So 5 stars, keep up the good work.

I’ve never had such a bad experience with any shop till this one. My tire blew on Friday, they came out to tow my car because of how bad it was blown. All I wanted was to have my spare or used tire put on. I get no call Friday with an update, I get no call Saturday with an update. I called around noon Saturday and they were already gone for the day. I get a text message saying they ordered a new tire and was waiting for it to come in. I never asked for a new tire nor did anyone ask me if that’s what I wanted. No communication what so ever. I went the whole weekend without a car just over a

My car needed some work done both with the engine and on my brakes. I worked with Butch and he was great. He was very honest and letting me know what the problem was and what I can expect to see. He helped offer me discounts which I was very appreciative of. Overall, I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop!

Meant to write this a few weeks ago, but this place is simply the best. I have come here throughout college for whatever my car needs while I'm at school and away from home, and the gentlemen inside are always very kind and have always been fair and given be the best price quotes. A super huge blessing because getting ripped off for your car and feeling like there's nothing you can do is the worst, and these guys are the exact opposite of that.

Leave my car here for a week longer than expected. They quoted me one price before I left them the keys. Told me no higher than that guaranteed. Then end up charging me more than double the original quote to come pickup my car. Not cool. On top of it all, the car didn't even make it a day without completely breaking down again. Unbelievable that anyone could rate these goons 5 stars.
My only motiv here is to inform the public because it's very hard to find honest mechanics and this one has been extremely dishonest and shady thru and thru.

Had an engine go. Was expecting a huge bill and a big headache. Joyce's took complete care of me. They sourced a low mileage replacement engine, swapped it out and had me back on the road for much less than I originally anticipated.

I get better service here than I do at the Mercedes Benz dealership. Joe does an excellent job communicating clearly at every step in the process, and gives very accurate and realistic estimates of time and cost. Car runs smoother than it has in years after taking it there, can't thank them enough for the great work they did. All that for a very fair price. The owner, Ed, followed up with me a few days after our service, and wanted to make sure that everything was great. It certainly was, and his dedication to providing high quality customer service is the main reason I'm here writing

The way the respond the negative reviews is very telling. $99 bucks for labor on spark plugs and an oil change, sheesh must be some lazy mechanics. Just got those changed by a reputable place near me for about $50 all together out the door. Just another dime-a-dozen shady mechanic. When the combustible engine goes the way of the dinosaur in a few years these mechanics will be SOL.

THEY DEFINITELY EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I've been to all sorts of automotive places in the passed 2 years from Spring Hill, Orlando and down to Riverview and had multiple cars that had all sorts of small and big problems. But not once was the problem solved for the price that I had to pay. Every time it was temporarily fixed, and the problem would always come back. and the mechanics would always swear that he/she did what I paid for and I honestly had to let go of cars because of my time and money being wasted. It honestly became so stressful trying to trust a mechanic.

I have been in Lakeland one month and my car dies in Walgreens parking lot. I call AAA for a tow to the Kia dealer. They sent Joyce Automotive. The driver, Anthony, was very informative about the various auto shop choices I had. And I am very grateful that I chose Joyce's. Joe Davis, the service manager assisted me, and even though it was a Saturday afternoon, he had a new battery installed and had me back on the road very quickly...and with a 30 month warranty! And all this done with a smile. Thank you to everyone.

I was very surprised of their great service, usually companies of this nature like to use and abuse but they were extremely honest with me from the beginning. My car was towed there due to an accident, they were excellent at understanding the situation and explaining anything I would ask them of. Price was reasonable at the end and they were incredibly nice. Thanks for the help guys.

Joyce automotive came to our rescue by securing us a flat bed tow for our 40' RV!
They towed our RV and family to their lot after hours, allowed us to spend the night.
Their mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem. Although a huge ugly time consuming job we were back on the road in record time!
