Cats are required to be in a carrier and Dogs are required to remain on a leash for the extent of their visit. We are getting closer and closer to being able to have you all back inside the building and see you all face to face! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are excited for an improved space, as our goal is only the best for your pets. We used this vet for several years and always had bad experiences. Finally, after showing up for an appointment to be told it was for a different time, I am going to look for another facility.
Some of the things we experienced over the years that add context to my complaint:
- A lyme test was required to get the lyme vaccines for our dog. When the results came back positive for lyme, the vet said that he showed no physical signs of lyme and despite the positive result, no treatment was needed. Took my dog there for an ear infection with a 9:00 appointment. Waited til 9:30 when I called back into the office to see if they forgot me. At 9:40 they came out to get my dog, only for them to call me back to inform me they were to busy for them to look at her. They said for me to leave her and they would call me later when she was ready. So in a cage she goes. At 12:30 they call to tell me she's ready, I return to get her, presented with a large bill for a follow up appointment. Get home to find to check out her and the bill to find her ear was never cleaned, and they had charged me a 16.00

Thank you for prompt care for Cinnamon Bear Paw. He a mighty hearted boy. This was his first time hurt. I love your compliments how sweet he was without mom present. Best of the best.
