If you are looking to rent here please DONT. I was a tenant for a year with no problems. Office manager, Paige, was very sweet throughout my whole tenancy. However I’m currently having to sue in small claims court for my deposit that was not returned to me. I moved out August 2020 & after countless attempts of calling, leaving voicemails to no response, writing a demand letter, & even contacting Cambridge properties myself, I have yet to receive ANY contact from anyone for over 3 months. We’re in a pandemic & I understand times are hard but this is not how you treat good hard working tenants
