The apartment itself is great, appearance wise it is nice, in a good neighborhood, and is very quiet. One downfall is the pool is a bit cloudy at times, so there have been days where we attempted to swim but didn't due to that. And the Management is by far the WORST MANAGEMENT I have ever experienced from any property I have ever lived at. Currently Heather is the Manager, and from the moment I moved in, the communication was terrible, and her follow up is non existent. I find myself having to contact her multiple times for 2 weeks before anything gets addressed. Her being so unreliable as a manager

When I first moved in the apartment was absolutely gross. I ended up having to clean the entire place the weekend I moved in. I had a lot of issues with the phone never being answered. There were two Maintence requests I had issues with getting fixed and it took a bad review on a questionnaire from a Manco Abbott email to get one done. The key fob was broken for over a year and no one seemed to care that we couldn’t access the pool. There were two management ladies while I lived there and while both were so friendly they do the bare minimum. Several times I was told they’d do something and

College Park Apartments is a wonderful and beautiful apartment community. The community is very well-cared for and is affordable to live in. When we moved into the community, we had a wonderful experience from the beginning. There were some management changes, but each community manager that comes in maintains the same standard of excellence Manco Abbott expects while caring for its residents.

When I moved in, the carpet was awful, tearing and covered in stains. There was hair on every baseboard. From the beginning cockroaches were an issue. We also had an infestation of black widows behind kitchen cabinets. I killed 6 widows alone. The appliances and fixtures are cheap. The lighting in living room never worked. You had to bang the wall to turn the lights on. You don't get what you pay for. There is no dining area, just a kitchen and living room. The prices are high, you can rent a 3 bedroom home for the same cost. Not to mention you also pay water and sewage. They hook military people
