Our fully equipped mobile food service units ensure all the food we cater for your next function is of the finest quality. We always have it prepared at your event site not in a commissary and served hours later. The Fairview Restaurant opened in 1872 overlooking the Lehigh River and Canal. The Bechtel family took over in 1979 and is proud to continue its tradition for over 40 years.
At the request of our many customers, we started catering full time in 1989. Our local catering company has been expanding every few years. We have served groups of over 2,000 guests and are always happy to serve our clients for all their family events: birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, reunions, showers, and all special life moments!

Services
Fairview Restaurant is a family owned and operated restaurant since 1872. Visit us to try one of our great cheese steaks, wraps, melt sandwiches, quesadillas, homemade soups, or one of our daily specials! We serve lunch and dinner Tuesday through Friday: Open 11 am, Saturday: Open 12noon, Sunday: Open 4 pm.
For an exciting party idea select from our pig roast catering menu. We offer extra side options from salads, vegetable trays, fruit trays, assorted cheeses, and more! There's a ton of delicious party food ideas to fit any wedding or event. Picnic lunch comes with 3 Grill Menu items, 1 platter tray, 2 types of salad, and your choice of a Pig or Beef Roast.
We offer a 12oz Delmonico steak or a 24oz 1/2 chicken for your next event, Weddings, Reunions, Golf Outing or Picnic! We grill a buffet lunch from hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken breast sandwiches served with your choice of sides. Picnic Party comes with 3 grill menu items, 2 types of salad, 1 platter tray, and your choice of steak or chicken.
