The food here was off the charts amazing. Our first time having this style of food. Everything looked and tasted extremely fresh and was definitely made with a lot of attention to detail. Was absolutely delicious. The owners were friendly and kind and went out of their way to be accommodating. This restaurant is definitely worth the drive and I will be having dinner here pretty often!

Omg! The food is superb. Myself and family had the qoboli and gyro. All the food was fresh and propery cooked/ flavored. Reminds me of the home cooked food that my colleague used to make for holiday parties, but better. Makes it easier to adjust out here, given I'm from NYC and we have so many choices out there. I enjoy the hummus as well! For years I couldn't stand hummus until I had their hummus! I said I wouldn't try it to my family, but when they brought it out, wow, just wow! It's probably the other hummus I'll ever eat!

Sabz in Northampton is now my spot for gyros. Beef or lamb both are delicious. I always get the chicken sambusa as an app to start. Worth a try. Friendly nice family running the place. I recommend calling ahead for a pick up order.

Finally. A local option for middle Eastern food that is delicious. So happy to have tried them.
For now. Call in for pick up only.
We had gyro meat, veal chunks, and the Murgh with the brown rice and salata... Delicious. And filling.

Omg the food was amazing! My husband and I got gyros. He got chicken, I got the lamb/beef. Both got potatoes as our side. We also split an appetizer of hummus. All the food was hot and fresh. Great sized portions. The guy who took our order was also the one who cooked the food and cashed us out. If you live near Northampton, stop here any try it out!

We ordered for the first time tonight and it was amazing!! We had a gyro and the shrimp and beef kabobs and the hummus. Everything was seasoned perfectly and was fresh and the portion sizes were great. Best hummus we’ve ever had👍 We will definitely be back!

Once again we ordered the shrimp kabobs and vegetable kabobs! We loved them, along with the salad and hummus! The chocolate cake was perfect for a small birthday treat!

Friday dinner order and all I can say is wow! Did the Uber Eats deal through Amex promo so didnt really go in the restaurant but the food was delivered on time, fresh and hot.
Ordered Murgh khebab, Shrimp khebab, Gyro khebab, Chicken caesar salad, Baklava, Hummus and Pita. All the khebabs tasted fresh, hot and awesome. The hummus... my oh my... was out of this world and this is coming from someone who doesn't actually like hummus.
Both brown and white rice with saffron was a home run. Sabz is unlike other restaurants that load you up with a bucket of rice with only two pieces of meat, the portions

They charge $12 for a Gyro!
U can go to Johnnys Gyro shop in Bethlehem and pay $6.99.

Or valasi Gyro in Hellertown and pay $6.99

There's no reason to pay $12 for a gyro in Northampton PA.

Mediterranean food at its absolute best!!! I've never eaten a meal without reaching for salt and pepper. The flavor is amazing without being overbearing. We loved absolutely every bite. Will be a repeat customer for sure!!!!

This is something the Lehigh Valley has been lacking, and I'm so, so happy that Sabz has brought Persian food to this area! I have many Persian friends back home (NYC), and since moving out here I have been missing this kind of food so much that I've easily driven 90-minutes for it. Now I can stay closer to home.

The family that runs this restaurant are so warm and attentive, and the food is very fresh. The portions are large, but everything is loaded with flavour. If you've never had Persian food before, please go try; if you've had and love it, then you're in luck. The
