Love love this salon. I've had both hair and nails done here and had great experiences both times. It's in a beautiful, spacious old building with a cozy atmosphere. Having moved to this area from Columbus, the prices are what I'd expect for a salon of this quality.
As others have mentioned, street parking can be tricky on weekends, but weeknights you can find a space right up front.

I am a little disappointed in the Square One Centerville location. I have been going to this specific location for many years and my husband for Christmas decided to get me a spa package. On Monday I called at 8:15am and spoke with a receptionist informing her on the service that I was requesting and she then informed me that a manager was going to have to schedule that specific service. So I gave her my name and call back information expecting to hear back. Around 3:45pm the same day, I followed back with a call since I had not heard anything yet and a different receptionist answered and informed

I’ve been to this place a couple times and typically have a good experience. This time I went with a new stylist and she seemed to not really care about what she was doing. I showed the stylist a picture of what I was going for and it came out pretty lack luster. Especially on the back of my head. Basically took a trimmer around the sides of my head and called it a day. Disappointing figuring I paid 50$ for this.

CAN NOT compliment Adam enough on how good of a stylist he is. I've been to him a couple times now, with two completely different requests on hair cuts, and he has NAILED it both times. The place is always packed, and rightfully so if they all cut hair as well as Adam does.
Everyone I've met here has been really pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. I had been struggling to find a stylist to stick with, but no longer. Thank you for such a great experience!

I got absolutely farmed at this place. Don't want to be rude and name the stylist, but my haircut was completely botched. I'm a 22 year old guy from Mississippi I prefer a simple male haircut (4 on the sides and evened out with scissors on the top) you would of thought I asked her to paint the Mona Lisa by memory. The cut took 40 mins and most of that time was spent by me walking my stylist through the basics on how to cut hair. Brutal experience. It's been 3 weeks and my hair still looks terrible. Atmosphere is nice, but the requirements to become a stylist must be pretty low.

I saved my birthday money and spent a little on getting my old eye brows back. I would have had the brow Lamination and tint done ten years ago. It honestly took ten years off of my face. I had a quarantine haircut (yikes) so I went to square one in downtown to get a good haircut and color. Well, Natalie completely killed it! I'm in love with my cut and even more in love with the color! Every time I go to a hair salon I end up crying or cutting my hair myself at home (not an exaggeration). This time I went home and couldn't stop staring at my hair! I 100% recommend Natalie. She hears to everything you want and works with you to achieve the perfect result.

I received a spa pedicure from Lori. She is very nice and professional. The Centerville Square One Salon has a very nice, clean, private area for nails. It was very relaxing, my feet feel and look amazing! Aveda products are amazing and natural. They have a nice selection of OPI colors and have all the new ones, including gels.

I liked this salon and got great cuts and color there, but always found them lacking in terms of friendly customer service. I endured a lot of long awkward appointments because my stylist and her assistant clearly hated each other and would spend my whole appointment seething and glaring at each other over my head in stony silence. The nail services at Centerville were amazing, but I had to give them up when they cut hours and I could no longer get a Sunday appt, which I get, but was bummed about. Called & asked for someone who is great with color & was recommended Chyna.I am very glad I went with her she is really great! I get my hair bleached & a toner & cut almost every time.She really listens to me & it is evident because I am VERY HAPPY with the color she puts on my hair & cut is excellent too!!!!!!!!!

Square one was working miracles today. The Miami Valley Area had several tornados which has shaken everyone and cut electric, water and gas to many people. Square One was without water and electric and they used their other locations to make sure their customers got their needs met. They moved heaven and earth to move their stylist and clients to get it done. Kudos to the Administrative Team for bending over backwards. This time, the negatives first:
I had to change stylists. At the beginning of 2018, I attempted to get a blonde balayage done. I have asian hair and I knew it would be resistant, however, my stylist told me that she could probably accomplish this in 3 - 4 appointments and I agreed to it. Long story short, the first two appointments left my hair a bright orange and I had to go to several work conferences with very unprofessional looking hair. However, I was patient and optimistic for the last two appointments. Come the third appointment, after the bleach

Seriously the best pedicure I have ever gotten; I specifically purchased a spa pedicure and was so pleased with it. I don't know if I can go anywhere else ever after this experience. The callous treatment was so much better than the normal pumice stone situation I have seen at other spas/nail salon. I can't wait to go back for my next treatment!

I came here with my sister because my husband and my dad wanted to go to the Air Force museum and we didn't want to go.
The staff were very nice and greeted us when we arrived.
I got a massage and the massage therapist was fantastic. She was able to get all the kinks out, especially in my shoulder. I also got a manicure and the person who did my nails was great too.

I still love this place! I was studying abroad and decided to get a last-minute haircut the night before I was set to fly out. Faun was amazingly accommodating throughout the entire process and gave me the best haircut I've ever had! I have extremely long, thick hair and she was able to thin it out without losing volume. I absolutely can't wait to come back and get my hair cut and styled again by her. I will always recommend Square One to anyone :)

Saturday I had an appointment... I've been going here about nine months and had to go to a new stylist, my normal two were booked, She was sweet and nice... My hair didn't turn out good had to tell her that i didn't like it. They brought a new stylist to re straighten my hair...
