He was ninety years old and the loving husband of Jean Seltzer (Heaney). Born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Joseph A. Seltzer and Margaret Seltzer (Anmerman). He was 78 years old and the husband of Linda L Bartlett. Born in Kingston, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Kenneth E. and Anna Mae Pollard Bartlett.
Many families are deeply comforted by the caring family members and friends who surround them during the time of the funeral service.
