I'm not sure why this place has such high reviews. I called this place for an apartment tour cause I was thinking of renting here. The girl said that we had to wait until August 12th because an auditor from corporate was staying in the tour unit.
Therefore, I decided to wait until August 14th to go there instead. The room should be vacant right? NOPE I got there and the girls at the front office said the auditor is still there and I should come back another day. If the management here is this bad while I'm apartment hunting, I don't wanna think of how it'll be if I live here. Besides their incompetence

Heather, Hyrije, Haley, Ana, Jay, Alex and Alexis have always gone above and beyond. They are very prompt to respond and always put the needs of their customers first.
They monitor multiple social media platforms to keep tenants informed about community news and events, which I think is cool and If I've ever had a request, or if something was broken they were on site within a day.
The layouts are cozy and the prices are fantastic compared to other competitors in the area.
They really set the standard for customer expectations.

This is the only apartment complex I could ever live in. I have lived, visited, or looked at every apartment complex south of beltway 8 and north of 518. The is the only apartment complex that has the perfect combination of attentive maintenance, friendly management, spacious bedrooms/closest, and safe and clean environment! I will never live anywhere else until I buy a house.
