Moving into Emerson Park has been an amazing experience. From the start, I was so impressed with the leasing staff; my current roommate and I had been searching for days with no luck, and Abbey helped us get the perfect apartment. She was friendly and and transparent throughout the entire process and made sure we got what we were looking for. I've really enjoyed living here, and I'm so glad I had Abbey's help with getting this lease.

Pros:
1) Great Location, close to movies, stores, parks/entertainment and the highway.
2) Quiet neighbors, clean area, great for kids and pets.
3) Great amenities such as pool and gym.
4) Quick maintenance response, good landlord and staff.
5) Inside the apartments are great, everything works, great shape.
Cons:
1) Extra hidden fees for things such as valet trash and etc.
2) You pretty much have to pay to have a parking spot. It is impossible to find a "free" parking spot available at night.
3) They got bugs in the stairs such as spider webs, roaches and wasps.
4) Neighbors are pretty

This isn't about the staff it's about the quality of your neighbor. The family living above let their children run around the apartment as though it's a playground. There's a park less than 5 miles away to do this or here's a novel idea: let your kids go outside. These kids go months without seeing sunlight. The apartment is nice, you're rolling the dice on your neighbors. Invest in quality noise canceling headphones or better yet find a better nation to live in.
