We just closed our first home! Kathy Johnson, who works as part of the recreation realty team was the agent we used to help close on the home. She was extremely professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. We really appreciated her willingness to respond quickly to our texts/emails and work with our busy schedules. Honestly, very glad we had her on our side during the home-buying process. Can't thank her enough for her work!

I really enjoyed working with Peni Stevens when selling our Bear Lake Sweetwater lots. She is very knowledgeable, helped us price them right, and was diligently active to sell them. She was very clear and professional in her conversation and kept us informed every step of the way. The paperwork was accurate, timely, and easy to follow - an all around delightful experience. We recently bought a Duplex in Garden city and had the wonderful Tonya as our realtor! She is fast and extremely on top of her job! Willing to do showings and answer questions at all times of day and weekends. Kathy Johnson currently has my lake house listed and has done a wonderful job marketing my property. She has done everything I have asked and more, from removing snow from my driveway to make my visits easier to taking garbage out that I have forgotten. Even protecting my home from un-respectful potential clients that she could have possible picked up as clients. As my agent she has a fiduciary responsibility to protect my best interest which she has and is absolutely doing. I have known Kathy for over 12 years and she has always been so polite and kind but still keeping my best interests in mind

Recreation Realty really helped us understand what goes into improving a lot to get it ready to build. They are always available to answer questions and super friendly and helpful. We also used them when we purchased a home in So. Jordan!! They've really helped us in all of our real estate needs in Utah/Idaho and we couldn't be happier!!

I know there are several great realtor's in town, but the one we were blessed to work with is found at Recreation Realty and her name is Kathy Johnson. She sold a home for us and then found us another better suited to our needs. I get very frustrated with realtors who listen to what you want then show homes nothing like what you are looking for. Kathy listens and then finds the right home. She works hard at what she does, is one of the kindest persons I have ever met and has a super human patience. Kathy is in the process of selling our cabin. She has gone above and beyond to help me out. She is one of the nicest people I have ever known. I was referred to her by a friend and I'm glad he gave me her name. She is the best. I would use her again and would recommend her to anyone selling a home.

Kathy is the nicest person I've ever met. My mother referred me to her. She was fantastic. My young daughter adores her! She even sent my daughter a Christmas present! Who does that? She's amazing. I loved her so much, I referred my sister to her. Kathy helped get her into a nice little house right by me. My whole family loves her!
I can't even imagine Kathy getting angry with anyone's children. She is seriously the most kind and patient woman I have ever met. It makes me wonder what the children must have been doing if they got a reaction that warranted leaving a terrible review and calling Kathy
