At the time of this review, I’m only into it with the experience of my initial visit and cleaning. And with that alone I’m willing to go with 5 stars. The hygienist is amazing at her job and the doctor is hands down one of the best.
I felt very at ease here.
They went above and beyond getting me on the schedule for a revisit to get a serious issue taken care of before it gets worse. And in todays world of dentistry that’s almost an impossible feat.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. They always talk to me like it's been days since they've seen me, not months. I've had a few bad experiences at other locations in the past and now get nervous for visits. They do a fantastic job making sure I'm comfortable. The building is clean & cozy. They did great with my little one's first couple visits too!

I loved my recent visit!! The staff are super friendly, easy to talk to and very accommodating. The addition of the TV's on the ceiling are a great distraction on what is going on in your mouth!! Dr. Brandon is always so friendly, with a quick chat on what's going on in your life, it's truly heart felt. The remodel is beautiful, certainly doesn't feel like a dental office. See you in 6 months :)))

My first visit was great! The office was clean and nicely updated throughout. The front office team was welcoming and knowledgeable. Kallie the hygienist did a great job and was easy to talk to. Dr Branden was thorough with his exam and I enjoyed talking with him as well. I was looking for a private practice vs a chain practice and I found it!!

My appointment at Otter Creek was great! Tara my hygienist had to work hard to get my teeth cleaned because of my braces. She was helpful in giving me suggestions on ways to keep them clean. One suggestion was to have a cleaning done more frequently until the braces come off which I will be happy to do.
Dr. Branden was able to answer questions I had about moving forward after my braces are off with some crowns that will need to be redone. I am confident that he can help get me to the smile I have be hoping for and wanting for awhile.
