Sandy has been with Baye Dentistry since 2015. She received her Dental Assisting degree from Fox Valley Technical College in 2010. Sandy enjoys working in the dental field as she loves being able to help patients feel comfortable with their appearance. Her favorite part of working at Baye Dentistry is the ability to help work around patients schedules, making it easier for them to come to their appointments.

Dr. Josh was born and raised right here in the Fox Valley. He is a graduate of both Appleton West High School and St. Norbert College where he received his Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences. After finishing his undergrad, Dr. Josh then went on to Marquette University School of Dentistry where he Graduated Cum Laude.

Baye Dentistry is hands down the best dental experience in the Fox Cities! Our family of 4 loves Dr. Baye and all of the staff. Our kiddos love coming to the dentist because they make it a fun and inviting atmosphere for all ages. We have referred many friends/family here and no one has been disappointed!

I asked my kids how they liked going to the dentist after our appointments at Baye Dentistry. They would not stop talking about how cool it was to watch Netflix while getting their teeth cleaned. They jumped right in the chair and I could tell they were relaxed and had no fear about what was going on. One of my children saw Dr Baye and the other saw Dr. Josh, they were both great with the kids and had them feeling comfortable and laughing. Can't say enough about how well the staff was with both of them. Of course their favorite part was the awesome prizes they got to pick at the end.

I absolutely love Baye Dentistry. I tried them based on an online recommendation and now I don’t think I’d be comfortable anywhere else! The staff is so fun and understanding of my lack of love for dental appointments. The atmosphere is great- they even have Netflix for you to watch while you get your work done. I see Dr. Baye and my husband sees Dr. Josh. Both are wonderful and great at explaining everything going on/work that needs to be done. It is especially fun to visit this office on one of their dress-up days. The whole staff seems to truly love what they do and the team they work with

Dentist, Dr. Baye, was amazing, the Dental hygienist Heather was terrible. My wife and I had the same experience, so rough on our mouth during our cleanings. We have never had our gums hurt for days after our cleaning. If you have heather scheduled, I would recommend changing it. She was also very inappropriate with her conversation with my wife. Unfortunately, since you spend most of your time NOT with the Dr. Baye, we will not be back to this office. When I called to cancel all future appointments and I said it was due to my experience with the hygienist, they did not ask who it was or what the

Terrible experience. The dental technician I had felt that it was better to tilt my head to the side and let me drool from my mouth onto my shirt and the chair rather than use suction. I spent most of my time during the teeth cleaning trying to protect my airway because of the drool build-up. The worst dentist experience I've had in decades. Highly not recommended.

There are not enough positive words to describe this dental office! The staff is absolutely amazing and if there is an emergency issue, they will do what it takes to get their clients in as soon as possible! There are not too many people that can say they love going to the dentist but I most certainly can't wait until my next visit!

I received a comprehensive oral examination. After a conservative recommendation, I received excellent care.

I hate finding a new dentist so when I was forced to find a new one because of my insurance I went on the search for another good dentist. With not much luck on recommendations that matched up with insurance I narrowed it down to two and my husband and I just picked Baye Dentistry mostly for location for him. I am so happy we did! As it turned out I have a friend who works here. The staff has always been very friendly, very personal and quick and efficient. And the chairs have massagers. I mean not much better then that when you have to get teeth worked on and your tense the whole time.

Dr. Baye is the best dentist I've ever had. Him and all his staff are very friendly and considerate. I've heard others complain about their dentists being pushy with services and hiding costs, but that is not the case here. Never once felt pressured into a procedure I wasn't comfortable with or didn't understand. They take the time to explain the pros and cons from an unbiased standpoint and let you make the final call.

Dr. Baye takes the time to discuss all of your options and allow you to make an educated decision. He also will do what it takes to help you. I once had an infection that was causing extreme pain. Dr. Baye made arraignments to come back that night to get it taken care of.

Dr. Baye and his staff took care of our family for over 2 years and was always great to deal with. He and his staff are always professional and caring. Good dentist however I did feel the rest of staff was not very friendly and a bit on the rude side- definitely not customer service friendly. I also spent quite a bit more out of pocket here than I have usually at a dentist. If you don't mind dealing with the attitude in this place then make an appointment.
