Really great experience with Westhill Dental! Everyone there is very helpful and pleasant. I have to thank all of the staff and especially Dr. Paffenroth for all he did to make me feel comfortable. I started off as a patient of Dr Trent’s father. Amazing dentist that I saw even after moving back to Chicago for a few years. Through his father I’d had some exposure to Dr Trent and his practice, and it was all really great experiences:same friendly atmosphere, genuine empathy, and the latest tech. When I learned that his father was retiring, there was no question about who my new dentist would be. I couldn’t be happier, and I’m looking forward to many years to come as a patient at Westhill Dental.

This was my first visit to Westhill Dental, and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Unlike other dental offices I’ve been to, they actually went over the initial x-rays & photos in a detailed manner, and explained what they look for. It shows Dr. Trent and the rest of the team have a passion for what they do, and I’d highly recommend this dental office.

A piece of my tooth broke off and they got me in the same day! I had another cracked tooth next to the one that broke off that needed a crown soon, and they asked if I wanted to do them both, since I was already numbed up. Yes, please! Dr. Trent and his staff are friendly and caring, and do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

Dr. Trent and Westhill Dental are terrific! They are very knowledgable, explain everything, answer any and all questions before, during and after the work they do.The pictures of my teeth that they took were awesome. The pictures helped me see and understand what was going on with my teeth. I could see the actual crack in my tooth which was causing the problem. Billie, the Dental Hygienist, was excellent! She did an awesome job working on my teeth and explaining everything to me as she went along. Dr. Trent explained everything and repaired the issue. I do recommend Dr. Trent and Westhill Dental
