Dan Wilder brings 40 years of Real Estate experience to the table beginning with real estate sales in the late 1970's. This experience is helpful in understanding the complicated forces in the real estate market. Initially licensed as an appraiser in 1981 and subsequently earned the IFA Designation in 1983.

He came out to our house and was friendly and got done pretty quick. But its been over 3 weeks and he still haven't gotten the report back yet. Its been past due and it keeps pushing our closing date back. He doesn't answer the phone and doesn't email back. Very frustrating, I would highly consider looking elsewhere for a home appraisal.
