PLEASE NOTE: We HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT take this class until you've competed your two 30-hour prelicensing class. I took my pre-licensing classes and the exam prep course from Randall School. I passed the national and state portions of the licensing exam on the first try.

Services
Randall School of Real Estate is a bonded school, licensed by the Nebraska State Department of Education since 1973 and approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission to provide pre-licensing education. We offer pre-license courses for salesperson and broker applicants. After licensing, we have courses that are approved for continuing education credits for salespersons, brokers, and appraisers.

Incredible school to start your Real Estate journey. Very professional admi staffs. They will provide you with all the information you need to get started. The instructors are knowledgeable and they share their experiences, which make a huge difference in understanding the real estate industry. Their care about the success of their students. The school director's YouTube channel is very useful to help understand the content of the courses. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to start his/her real estate career.

From pre-licensing courses over 14 years ago to keeping my continuing education current, I've always found Randall to be the best resource for real estate education. The facility is great for the attending classes in person and the home study/online courses have always been easy to take. The staff is very helpful & friendly. Hands down, the best real estate school in Nebraska.

I had planned on doing my Randall Real Estate classes through home study. After attending the first class I’m so glad I continued because the instructors were superior! I’m not as young as I use to to be so studying was extremely hard! Passing that Nebraska Real Estate exam the first time made me so excited I had to give credit to Randall’s great team of receptionists and the instructors who “drilled” the National and NE state laws.

My instructors were fabulous and helped me prep for the state & national exams, which I passed on the first take!
